Wingstop

We stopped in here about 9 pm on our way out of town for a to go order. The employee at the counter did greet us but he seemed a bit depressed or something. We ordered 6 classic wing with Louisiana rub and 2 orders of fries with Cajun seasonings instead of the classic seasonings. And of course ranch because they have the best ranch of anywhere. After getting on the road we started eating, our fries were fresh, and hot but I don't think they were seasoned with anything at all. When I opened the box of chicken we were both taken aback at the terrible smell. Kinda smelled like bad fish is all we could compare it to but it was hot, I recommended my husband not eat it based on the smell but he tasted it and said it tasted fine even if it didn't smell good. So he ate them. Later that night he did feel a little sick to his stomach but nothing major so I can't say if the chicken was the cause or not.

From the reviews I was hesitate to order, but I was craving wings so I gave them a shot. My food was just like I ordered in my online order; all flats(extra crispy) fries (extra crispy) and everything was hot and ready to go right on time when I arrived. The service was good and fast also. I got lemon pepper and Louisiana (dry rub); my only suggestion would be more seasoning for the Louisiana dry wings. Other than that my wings/fries were great !

I swear the big boy manager is the laziest person on planet Earth store is empty I submitted an order 45 min ago online it said it should be within 16-21 min got here 35 min later and the order is still not ready (it's Noe about to be 50 min) . Everyone just walks around and has no sense of urgency

Omg the manager or the woman who I just talked to was SO SWEET! I didn't get her name but I just wanted her to know she made such an impact on me in so little time simply bc I've been crying all day and she took the time to be KIND TO ME. You are so sweet, love and I hope your day gets better and just know that your kindness is what's missing in the world today. THANK YOU, Queen. called to order to go, i was asked to hold on the line, after 10 minutes of waiting on hold i decided to just drive to the restaurant just to find out they left me on hold while the phone was just sitting on the counter the whole time i was on the call, just terrible service tbh When asked why i was left on hold I got no answer but just the employee giving me a dirty look

If I could give this place zero starts I would. My wife recently flew in from Spain I haven't seen her in a month. As soon as she lands we go to our favorite place. I walk in at 7:30pm on a Monday. The employee at the front desk took approx 15 minutes to take my order. After my order was Inputted 40 minutes go by. I ask about my order and was told it was forgotten about. We were told 5 more minutes. After another 10 minutes I asked for a refund. Took 10 minutes to get a refund and was told they could not refund the tip. Please do not waste your time and money here.

I'm giving 5 STARS because of the awesome customer service (Jessie) gave us on 5-21-24 evening. Jessie was so polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. We actually thought he was the restaurant Manager. Jessie worked the orders cashier and cleaned the dining areas. We were very impressed because this polite behavior is rare in the fast food industry.

Placed an order online waited 33 minutes just for them to state it's another 40 minute wait. After they canceling my order.

This place is great! Excellent customer service and the food was fresh and delicious. Gabriel was awesome. He made my experience here better than ever!

Customer service is horrible. Employees need to be retrained. Called twice to place an order. First time I was hung up on. The second time I was on hold then someone picked up and asked me to hold for a minute which turned into a 20 minute hold with no one ever picking up. Unacceptable.
