Wingstop

This location is so bad, you're better off driving 10 more minutes and going to the Richmond location near Riverpark. I place an online order and asked my fries to be cooked well done, to my surprise the fries weren't fried at all, they were just raw potatoes. The service sucks, I asked them if they were open on Christmas Eve and after being put on hold several times I was given inaccurate information and told they'd be closed all day when in reality they will be open until 9 pm. Don't waste your time with them.

They fry the wings wayyyy too hard. I ordered them two more times and they still came out super dry. Do not come to this location. You will be disappointed and waste ur money. Manager tried to help but the wings still was dry. I'm never coming back, so disappointed.

First Time Purchasing Wingstop for a get together customer service was great ordering was easy as well

you come in and the cashiers just stare at you, no introduction, hella rude while taking your order, poor customer service, order was wrong, hella crowded though, ‍

Please don't eat here.. employees picking up chicken with bare hands no gloves .. when informed the manager he stated technically that's how we do it .. I noticed no hair nets , a few with caps on not all no beard guards. Ask for a refund before food was even delivered.. the manager stated you sure ..yes I stated .. we can give you the food .credit your card tomorrow .. so no credit to card at all stated we can't do that .. so enough call Rosenberg police officer .. the manager to the Office King that's the company wide policy pick up chicken no gloves bare hands .. mind you washing before and after never took place with the guy dropping chicken in grease bare hands

Usually Wing Stop is one of our favorite places to eat wings; however, this particular location completely messed up our order. We ordered garlic Parmesan wings and we were given lemon pepper. Instead of making our wings properly, they refried the lemon wings and then covered them with the garlic Parmesan. Not a pleasant flavor combination. I guess they don't realize the lemon flavor remains on the wings even after recooking them. We were not impressed and figured that it wasn't worth the argument. We won't be returning to this location, nor do we recommend eating at this location. I wonder if they teach their employees this to keep their food costs low. I guess it's a good thing that weren't not allergic to lemon.

Fries are always crispy and how I like them. wings are always on point when the co worker Ramon sauce them the service could be a little difficult but they try to have your food out soon as possible

I made the mistake of going back to this location for a 2nd time in less than a week. The first time they forgot to our ranch in the order but I checked beforehand and they thought I was trying to get a free one. Then today I was in a rush to pick up the food and when I got home there was no ranch in the bag. Fries were also not fresh both times

Service was horrible. Took 30 minutes for 20 boneless, the cashier had a horrible attitude. An all around horrible experience. If you need wings, go anywhere else.

I come in, and the lady at the register look at me in a not friendly manner. It was around 4:00 but this lady needed an energy boost. They took my order. The lady behind me had a bigger order than mine. Well, around 10 minutes later, she gets her order. Ok, that's fine, but then the guy behind her gets his order. This young lady comes in and gets her order. Ive wasted half a hour waiting on some dry wings and to get asked my name twice. I even had to show them my receipt again. The lady with the bigger order had already ate and left. I will never again come to this location. It did not even look that clean. Don't come here.
