Wingstop

Food is never ready during the 16-21 min time frame. Either the chicken is HOT and the fries are lukewarm or vise versa. There are never enough ppl working on shift. They line is behind because the cashier is bag or toss the food.. they never NEVER have on any gloves. Today the place smelling like sewage...

They do not have beer. They do not have beer in their fridge. The location smelled like an old mop.

This location has gone down tremendously from food quality to service to the cleanliness of the restaurant. Yesterday, my husband and I went and I noticed one of the cooks digging in the back of his mouth while getting a drink from the soda machine. He then proceeded to go back to the kitchen and start preparing our food while licking his fingers and wiping his nose with his un-gloved hands (we were the only ones in there and they were standing around). I was completely disgusted. We asked for a refund and left. The cashier we got the refund from wasn't even phased like he knew this happened before. Every time I have gone there, there is always someone new cooking or taking orders. There needs to be action for someone who is that nasty while cooking for others.

We ordered online. The food was really good. We ordered 3 wing flavors and fries. It was fresh, hot, tasty and the order was accurate. Plus they packed our food very neatly in to-go containers. It was an all around pleasant experience.

People that leave bad reviews for this place are bad people, honestly. Edwin provided exceptional service!! He repeated the order back to me, made sure the kitchen received all my special instructions, and the food came out on time and perfect to my order!! Will definitely be returning for the amazing food and exceptional service!!!

Went into the store's restroom before placing an order and the employee whom was presumably defecating based on the noises i encountered in the restroom and their flushing, left straight from their stall without washing their hands. When i arrive to the front register, I see said employee being referred to as "dueño" which in spanish means "owner." They then proceeded to continue helping the cooks and cashiers hand out the orders. With their booboo covered hands. Overall great experience :D !

We usually check our order when picking up just to be sure nothing is missing. Love their food, but this location really needs to work on customer service. They take so long to pick up the phone and for some reason they take long to make the food as well.

My wife and I were at Buffalo Wild Wings down the street for THIRTY MINUTES with no service. We called before we went and asked if they would play the Baylor game and were told yes. No game when we arrived. While we were there, I called Wingstop and asked if they could play the game. He put me on hold and went to make sure that they had it (as it was on an obscure channel). They did. We headed over to Wingstop, and they got the game on for us! We bought lunch, and we got to watch our game. James, the manager, went above and beyond for us! They won our business for sure!

Do not ever go here. Horrible customer service. Even if you try to call or order your food an hour ahead. You will never get it.

Amazing service the night guy manager is amazing everyone is always smiling and gives amazing customer service. This Wingstop is definitely better than the spring green one.
