Ordered 5 days ahead of time to pick up wings. Walked into 60 people waiting and completely unorganized for a major football event. Some were waiting an hour and a half for orders also placed days before: highly would not recommend. When asked about my order the very unfriendly gentleman named Grant told me sorry wings just take long..: I'm sorry but 60 people are waiting and until you walked in they wouldn't even start cooking until they called out your name even though the order was placed days ago. Worst location by far. People are walking out asking for refunds

Never order takeout via DoorDash or picking up food without checking bags.2 out of three times they short you on your order. Not easily fixed via DoorDash and we come up short on enough food to eat.

This wing stop use to be very bad as in it took like 1 whole hour to get your food , one time it took 2 hours not sure if it was the staff because I finally went back and they had all new staff and they were young vibrant and wonderful and happy and my food came out on time , gave 3 stars cause of the previous service, if and when I go back I'll do another update

Ordered on door dash and twice they have forgot my drinks . It's 2 diet cokes how hard is it to remember . The first time they told me they couldn't do anything about it and when I asked for a refund the said no cause it was part of the combo so I told them I was going to put in a complaint to door dash and the guy told me "good luck" The second time I didn't even bother to call them since the first time they didn't do anything fix me but they forgot my 2 diet cokes and my one extra ranch . This place is just sad .

We experienced great service and the food was delicious! Food was prepared in the time they said it would be. The food was warm and yummy!! The dining area was clean and the atmosphere and decor is fun. Sweet Tea Rating: 10/10They have Gold Peak brand tea and it is awesome!

I genuinely WISH I could give 0 stars. The nightshift manager, JT, has absolutely ruined my experience here at wingstop and I will NEVER come back to this location again. After picking up my order and driving 15 mins to get home, I opened the bag only to realize that there were 16 boneless wings MISSING from my order. I called the store and explained the situation and JT said that it was no problem and to just drive back there to pick up the rest of my order. Keep in mind my wife and daughter have waited a long time for the food so naturally I left the correct half of my order at home and drove back to the store to pick up ONLY what I was missing. I get inside, and JT immediately starts with his attitude and saying this exact phrase over and over each time I attempted to talk: "NEXT TIME YOU NEED TO BRING BACK YOUR ORDER". The guy was literally lecturing me as if I was the one who messed up this order. Continuing to say things like "NEXT TIME, YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING" while raising his voice in front of his other co-workers while he was "training" a new employee who was standing right next to him at the cash register the entire time. Seriously dude? It's bad enough that you didn't own up to your mistake, but to start badgering the customer for your own mistake. That's just low and, to be quite honest, kind of pathetic. It was 11:35pm when I picked up my incorrect order, and both times i went there was not a single customer in the store aside from myself. I didn't check my bag because I honestly just assumed that it was damn near impossible to mess up a simple "$19.99 Special" order especially when you have no foot traffic at all in the store.But the incorrect order isn't why I'm leaving this review. If the owners and general managers of wingstop have any semblance of integrity in their establishment, then they need to seriously re-consider JT's position. This man is rude, egotistical, lacks empathy or social awareness, and quite simply - BAD for business.Because of this experience, Wingstop has lost a long time regular today, and it's really sad because the food is fantastic. This used to be the place my friends and I would go to every single weekend. At least Buffalo Wild Wings employees/managers don't act like clowns and disrespect their customers.

The food and service is bad. My order was wrong and I went back to complain and return the"wings" and I literally saw the dude 'His name is Einar put it back in the dip fryer Instead of putting in the trash! I'll definitely called the health department. The place was filthy tables and counters all greasy , He looks bitter I can tell he hates his job!

Would NOT recommend!! Better off making your own wings, fries, corn etc.. from home!! they don't listen or they can't read. My boyfriend & I recently moved to Katy from Pearland Tx, not a big difference but the customer service & quality of food is 100% better & they go above & beyond in Pearland. At this location (Katy), we requested our fries to be extra well done, meaning you leave it the fryer longer than the initial time but I'm guessing they can't read or understand the request. We also ask for our wings to be extra wet , meaning you put a little more sauce in the wing box. Again, they were as dry as KFC chicken. Very upsetting to experience poor quality from them. Please do better & higher better employees who can read a screen & understand it. Won't be coming back to this location ever.
