Wingstop

Not to be confused with Winstop, which is basically what Manchester United did - stopped winning.This is the last place I would personally want to order wings from, but some of our Katy family swear by Wingstop and Pizza Hut as well, so I gave them a call to order for the family and we were on hold for about 10 minutes, so I tried again and after another 5 minutes I decided we would drive a little bit further, which we did, and it went down well.The wings aren't as good as Pluckers or Brewingz anyway.

I chose this located as I was having some work done on my truck across the street. I had been wanting to try out their new chicken sandwich. This was my chance. There are several "flavors" to try so as lemon paper is one of my favorites, I decided to try that one. I placed my order and was told it would take @15 minutes. I didn't time them, but it didn't take long for my sandwich to come out. I found it to be cooked to my liking, not too hard. They supply on sauce and it only comes with pickles and maybe mayo?I really enjoyed it and I will have to try a few other "flavors".

I called to complain about my order this evening because my order was totally under cooked even after I called ahead to request well done. They told me I could come in for a replacement and then 20 minutes later called me back to tell me that I had to bring the food in after I already threw it away basically saying go dig in the trash for my order. I called back to complain about this they said no they will not replace and hung up on me I had to call 15 times and finally informed them I would not play games anymore and contacted the corporate office!!!! They took my complaint and now I am waiting on a response from the Franchise manager !!! It was that serious. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION I REPEAT DO NOT GO !!! They have horrible customer service and whoever is hiring the people at the front needs to be fired too..... I will not stop until I receive a response yes I am making a big deal about some wings and fries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've ordered from this location a handful of times ,they are always on point ,everything taste great , drivers and workers are very friendly , we ordered lastnight for Super Bowl about 70 wings and they got everything right ,I was honestly impressed. I haven't been in awhile but this chicken wa actually good this time. The corn was fresh and my cashier was cool. I'll come back for lemon pepper wings anytime

I used to order from here and actually liked their food, I get my food from DoorDash and get it in person sometimes and they'd usually follow the instructions and make the chicken crispy and not put so much OIL on the chicken but lately the food has been really bad the chicken, and fries are soggy, if feels as if I'm eating oil instead of actual chicken tenders and fries and when I order garlic parm chicken I get oil sog chicken. The Fanta is still good though but the food is just plain nasty... honestly wasn't a big fan of Wingstop until I went to their location but it's been going downhill lately. I'm only giving it 3 stars because it used to be good and the workers can be nice at times, but other than that, I think I'm done with Wingstop, it was a good run while it lasted. (excuse my grammar) Also, the place is usually clean i've only eaten there once and it was one of those times where the food was good and the service was great.

The service is extremely bad walked in the guy up front had the worse attitude ever ! Employee are yelling thinking it's a zoo or something and the food they got the order wrong

service was horrible the lady aint even ask me what i wanted she messed up my order and had an attitude NEVER COMING BACK EVER AGAIN

It was a dead night and still took over an hour and some how the fries came cold asf after the hour wait.

I love them!There the best and very speedy fast thank you fry rd!!! For being constantly busy!! And taking care of customers
