Everything is Smoother in salt. I couldn't enjoy one bite even after wiping off the dressing.

Had me waiting on the phone to place my order for at least 16 minutes, I got frustrated and hung up. My partner called them back and waited over Twenty minutes to place our order, and then we realized the store was gonna close in 2 minutes and they were never gonna pick up. A complete waste of time, complete lack or professionalism & courtesy for customers. Absolutely disgusting.

Very glad I drove further from my regular store in hHumble and came here. Very clean and organized and my food was piping hot and the order was completely correct. I was greeted and helped right away. The manager Claudia was amazing. I overheard her training staff and she was thorough. This will now be more store despite being further away.

Horrible staff manners. Ordered on line to pick up @ 515pm food was not ready waited 30 mins. Fries were soggy and I was missing all dips.

This is the 2nd time that I have had this experience, the first time it was my daughter. This is probably the worst wingstop i have ever been to! I ordered my food online and when i got there they told me i had to wait an additional 15 mins for my food. The staff has no sense of urgency and a lot of them stood around as if they didn't know what to do. And to top it off i had to wait and my fries weren't even hot

HORRIBLE SERVICES! We waited for an hour for food!!!!!! And we got ignored 5 times! It's unacceptable

I ordered my stuff specifically set for a time (being 6:15) to be courteous and let them take their time. regardless of this, it came out 30 minutes late. that's not all, HALF of the order was missing????? don't go here. They need to bulldoze this place down because clearly it ain't cutting it.

First never again will I want 30 minutes for the whole order to be incorrect and items missing. The wing was just cooked no flavor no seasoning no dipping sauce at all and I paid for extra called the store . And asked is there a manager as they said technically no . I've never known a business to run without a manager being present or managers name that you can tell a customer. I paid for about a whole family meal and was disappointed. Is it not convenient anymore to pick up food on the way home and everything because right that you paid for?
