Wingstop

Honestly not the best location to get your wings. The staff are young and always talking to one another while taking orders. If you call in you are left on hold for extended periods of time. My order has been wrong multiple times as well very unimpressed

Just a warning, two men making the wings in the kitchen were not wearing masks.. The only people I saw wearing masks over their noses were the cashiers and one woman making wings in the kitchen. I just dumped my purchased food and ordered wings from the South Post Oak location.

I WOKE UP PUKING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. I ordered myself an 8 piece classic combo, half parm half Cajun. EXTRA WELL DONE because y'all know Wingstop rushes with their cooking. Extra well done on the fries, veggie sticks. Extra seasoning 'cause they skimp & never cook anything all the way. The guy named Andrew is rude and he's definitely not afraid to give you attitude. Wingstop has been my go-to forever when it comes to wings, but after being sick all day I'd rather not. I was told maybe the grease was old, but...either way ew. Just ew. ALSO: they do this thing where they make you pay over the phone? I honestly felt like it was bs to make you not order, but they definitely do play when it comes to taking the calls. And it's SO CRAZY 'cause I sworeeee Andrew was just casually on the phone talking to someone while there was a line of people waiting to be helped. Save yourself the trouble & sickness!

I did not mean to order from this location, the website chose it even though it was further from me than a couple other locations of Wingstop. The employees here are rude, we ordered $50 worth of wings but they smelled really gross. I think at least half of them might've been on the road to being spoiled. Never again

Received a really bad case if food poisining from this location. Ordered chicken tenders and corn. Never again.

This location is down the street. We do not order here often, but I'm glad there is a location near us. We have never had an issue with customer service before. Ordered the 15 piece with fries and two drinks. There is no dining in due to covid (understandable). All orders are carry out. This past week, I ordered online and made the mistake of substituting the fries for veggies. I do not know how I did that, but that is what I get for rushing. I was willing to pay for the fries since the mistake was mine, but the two young ladies were so nice and told me they could trade it out for fresh fries.

Never ordering from this location. Don't order for delivery. It's DoorDash that "delivers"Placed order via Wingstop app at 6:19pm with estimated 43-48 minutes for delivery. Got a text 6:36pm saying delivery will be at 7:05pm. Waited. 7:10pm no door bell ring or anything. 7:19pm called this location asking for order update. Staff said your order is here, it's been ready. I ask what can I do? Well your driver has come by. So I ask can I pick it up? You can pick it up. How/why offer delivery service that you have no control over?!? Ended having to pick it up myself. What's even more these ordering apps force you to give tip before you place the order so on top of the food cost, I was charged delivery fee and the tip!

the staff are so rude nun of them wear hair nets and the fries are always so soggy. I was being super nice and respectful and the staff was not. They have such smart mouths and there loud and disrespectful. THEY ARE RUDEEEEEE

Food was hot but wings were over seasoned and the mango habanero barely had any sauce , do better wingstop
