If you've got a craving for poor customer service, tough overcooked wings and limp, brown french fries drowned in salt - then you've come to the right place!Our experience began as we walked in the door, stood in front of the counter and were ignored for 5 minutes by two employees standing right in front of us counting their register. Finally when one of them acknowledged us, she said "Habla Espanol?" When we apologized saying no, she just turned and walked away. We continued to wait for someone to take our order. We finally spoke up the young lady in front of us and asked if anyone was available to take our order. Finally it was taken. This all was a sign to run out of this place, but we ignored our instincts, holding out hope... that turned to bitter disappointment. My daughter was smart and chose Subway next door. Don't waste your money here!

Wings were tasting great till we found a baby roach swimming in the buffalo sauce. 2 stars because the wings were fire beforehand.

Was here dam near 45 minutes waiting for my food, not a good place if your in rush or during lunch time .

I arrived at this location around 10 minutes to 6pm. I've been driving in this rain for 2 hours and all I wanted was to sit down and eat before heading home. My order was paid and placed at 6:03pm. It was a light - medium crowd , multiple people had to ask where their order was , as well ask ask why the drink machine was not operating correctly. MANY people ate, placed an order, and picked up an order... by 6:53pm there was only four tickets in the window and one man that came in to place an order. On my receipt it says it was a dine-in order PLUS the KID who took my order confirmed TWICE that I wanted to eat in the restaurant. I asked where is my order and that I've been waiting for an hour to eat in and it wasn't busy. The child asked me what my name was on the order and proceeded to grab a TO-GO BAG ORDER THAT HAS BEEN SITTING FOR AT LEAST 35 MINUTES. No one callled names of the orders on topOf it was supposed to be dinning in. The fries and wings were over stuffed in the baskets so when I finally got my now to go order they were unseasoned, soggy, and just bland. After an hour of waiting for no reason and still having to drive back out in this rain I did not feel like waiting for a remake or my money back. The proof of time and what i ordered is in the picture below. Terrible service and care on January 24,2024 pm shift/closing shift.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give ZERO I would . Have placed orders on line and only to wait 30 minutes after I got there and my food was not right. Staff is rude would not give is their names Went back In to show them the food was incorrect and no one acted like they spoke English. I would like the owner of this location to reach out to me. The last time I went they were all on their phones and the boy at the counter had headphones on and never took them off. RUDE SERVICE!!! This is why they won't give names out. Because they know they are dead wrong and not worried about customers. Poor establishment Will NEVER return

The food was great cooked perfectly! The cashier and the cooks were very friendly, and when I had to take my multiple orders to my vehicle, one of the cooks, even brought the remaining of my order out to me and the rain will for sure be returning back. Great customer service skills :-)

Customer service TERRIBLE! I wish there was a better location closer to my house. Placed order ahead of time and still was not ready when I arrived. Ended up waiting 10 extra minutes.

Definitely got food poisoning from this place Would not recommend to anyone. It's been miserable today.

No ice in machine, how can the lady on the register take orders if shes on facetime the whole time, put in a online order you go pick it up at the time the email says"it will be ready in 10 mins" so whats the online order for? Place was filthy. Ill drive the extra 10 mins next time to go to another wingstop. Every-time I go back to this location its a entirely different staff. Horrible.

We waited in there for an HOUR for food. There was so many people behind us that got their food first, and we kept waiting and waiting. We asked when it was gonna be out and the guy said 3 more minutes and we waited that time. Probably 20 more minutes goes by and we still haven't gotten the food. Place was dirty, food was good but the service was terrible, that will be our last time at that WINGSTOP or at WINGSTOP in general
