Wingstop

This place is the slowest restaurant I've ever been to. Why does it take over an hour to make a meal?? I might as well go get a chicken from the farm and do it myself

A picture is worth a thousand words. I would not recommend eating at this location. I ordered 10 pc lemon pepper wings. They gave me 6 and a wing tip. They were extremely dry and full of feathers. This will be my last time eating here. I'm disgusted.

Not sure why this wingstop has such bad reviews, every time I come here, my fries are hot and fresh, chicken is crispy and juicy, staff are always really nice. I usually get the 15 for 2 meal never disappoints. You can't go wrong with wingstop.

No regard for quality - Terrible service & disgusting product.I ordered online using the app, and arrived just after the designated pickup time but my order still wasn't prepared. I waited 15-20min after that before they handed it to me... Negating the convenience of or reason for ordering ahead.The infamous "fairy dust" that I'm so accustomed to having on the fries was practically non-existent. I even specified on my order to add extra fry seasoning, but they did the opposite. The fries itself were barely cooked; cold temp, rubbery & gritty. And the wings, were grossly swimming in oil. I couldn't even taste the seasoning/sauce - just old oil.This location clearly doesn't care about its customers or the food they serve.

The ordering process was a breeze with the app. Reading isn't fundamental here though. There was suppose to be 4 boneless wings and they gave me all bone-in wings ! Everything was hot though.

Since I've moved back to Houston, I still love wing stop, but there's no consistency in the food here. Some days it is amazing while other days is just flat out horrible. I wish they could provide consistent food because I would come more often. My main selection I get here is the garlic parmesan wing combo, wings extra crispy. I get extra crispy every wing place bc they might not always be done the way I like them! The extra crispy tends to usually work out here cold or hot. Lastly, I get a side of ranch and the Buffalo wing sauce so that the wjngs stay crispy and I can dip em in Buffalo when I get home. Best of both worlds. Also, id recommend calling it in or us using the app so it's ready by the time you get there with very little to no wait time.

(For the record I would put no stars but you have too...) As we (my spouse and friend) waited for our food inside, we saw a male worker eating fries from customers meals that were placed.. Not only was that happening, he then helped a guest with his mouth full chomping on those fries... I'm sorry to the ones who had cross contaminated food as he was not wearing gloves!

The most disgusting wing stop I have ever been too. The fries were all soggy and burnt/overcooked. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I was shortened 8 wings because apparently "they ran out of boneless wings." The drinks tasted like tap water and the food overall was nasty. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Nothing was fresh and feels like it had been just sitting there.

The wait time is horrible, and the customer service is bad you feel rushed and like your bothering them placing your order. The workers continuously fry my wings hard and with my lemon pepper they just dump so much of the seasoning on one side of wings with no even distribution on the wing. I'm never going to this location again !
