Wingstop

Straight trash here! I ordered directly off the Wingstop we site. I was shorted an order of fries and one drink. All I asked for was a refund on the fries and the drink I didn't get. I spoke to a young man by the name of Juan Jimenez, who seem to be helpful and tried to help but his manager who I requested to speak to refused to get on the phone. When I asked for the managers name all I was given was JV. I had to sit on hold for 10 minutes to be told that they would only allow a store credit of a drink and a fry, which I'm fine with, but I have to come into the store to get it. Where has customer service gone?

We love wings but we will have to find a new location to order from. Have children, 2 young girls. And twice now we've ordered Hawaiian boneless wings and they've "accidentally" given us mango habanero. I don't know if this is some kind of sick joke, or some unknown intelligent reason they place the Hawaiian sauce next to the habanero. But it's just frustrating. And today, the lady literally said, "Well, you'll need to come in so we can believe you." I mean really? Waste another 30 minutes of driving just so you can believe me? Will you remake all my order because now it's cold?

I took one bite of my corn and had to write a review. Even though they had a big line (definitely order online) they made our food so good!

Look at this chicken tho ‍I had to wash it off & make sure I wasn't tripping It looks rotten, I don't even want to think about it .. Lord knows I have a hard time eating chicken anyway

No wonder they have such low Yelp score.I ordered through doordash .I went to the place to pick up.Up on entering store, no greeting, they just stare at me.I told hem i ordered from doordash.I showed them order confirmation. They said they don't have my order. I showed them I'm at correct address.I didn't even try to help me all they said is "we don't have it"I didn't even try their food but this is my last time to try their food.Bad employees!

Pretty good. We had the tenders with garlic parmesan, classic hot bone-in wings, fries and corn wheels (I think they call them Cajun corn). We ordered via the website. I really love their online ordering. Easy to use and easy to navigate. We picked up our order around 4:15 PM. Service was good and waitstaff was friendly. We waited a couple minutes for them to finalize the order, which was fine, but on our short drive to get the meal home, the items were cold. That's the only reason this is not a 5-star review. Maybe better packaging would help. The fries were placed on top of the other items and those were the coldest of all in our order. Cold anything is not good, but cold fries are really bad. The fries looked hand cut, so I image had they been hot, they would have been delicious. The restaurant itself is like any other wingstop (dark & pictures). Bye for now:)

This place is absolutely disgusting! I ordered online and i went after 16 minutes and my food still wasn't ready, which was totally fine. they appeared to be busy. BUT what grossed me out and prompted me to request a refund is the fact that i literally watched the cook dig his BARE hands into the chicken and proceed to batter them! i asked the lady that was there why don't they wear gloves and she said that they are not suppose to. WHAAAAAAAT! excuse me!!! uhm no ma'am! i currently waiting for my refund! that is just gross! to me!

This place serves bugs with their wings! So nasty! I am never going back! Was sick for two days.

Ordered from wingstop a couple days ago and the very same night that my bf and I ate it, I had nonstop diarrhea. Next morning, same thing and ended up throwing up too, had to be sent home from work. My bf loves wings and didnt want the rest to go to waste and now he's paying the price cause he's throwing up every hour. smh won't be buying from this location anymore.

This location always answers and puts you on hold for more than 15 mins I guess that's their way of not take over the phone orders. unprofessional
