I was craving wings and remembered that I used to like to go to Wing Stop before the pandemic. My boyfriend said that there was a fairly new one located near his house, so we headed that way.When we arrived the girl at the counter already had an attitude, and was very lacking in customer service. She kept saying huh every time we'd say something. After finally being able to order we filled our drinks then sat down at a table.We asked to eat there, but when it was ready it was bagged up as a to go order. That's kind of frustrating, but I overlooked that. I'm sure she wanted us to leave and not eat there, but we had already planned on eating there, that's why we told her it was for here and not to go.I ordered bone in wings, all flats with 4 with lemon pepper and 4 with regular Buffalo. I also got an order of fries with my order. My boyfriend ordered chicken tenders, lemon pepper and he also got fries.He started unpacking the bag and noticed that his order wasn't in the bag. He went to the front and told the rude counter person that his order wasn't in the bag. She then walked over to the table and demanded to know everything that we got and wanted to look into the bag that had already been emptied. At that time I told her that we weren't trying to steal chicken, and that it was very rude for her to come over to us like that.She just walked away then came back with my boyfriends order. Didn't say anything, just walked away. It had been a very long time since I've experienced customer service that bad.My wings were decent, but the fries were awful. They tasted like they had been sitting out all night long. My boyfriends fries were the same. My Celery was dirty and I had to wipe it off to get the dirt off of it. The ranch wasn't as good as it used to be. It was pretty much a bad experience. I'm grateful that at least my wings were decent, because nothing else was. If you want good wings and service that isn't just down right rude... I recommend going elsewhere.

This location has no concept of time when they tell you your order will be ready in 20 minutes expect to be there for an hour and a half all of the employees seem to not be confident in their skills and are running around like chickens with their heads cut off I witnessed one of the employees tried to clean up a drink that was spilled on the floor tonight and he had no idea how do use a mop or the bucket that the mop was in it was the most disturbing thing I've ever seen I'm embarrassed for this kid

We have given this location a few tries and they have failed each time. I was hoping it would get better with the wait time and having food ready when it says it will be ready but nope. It said my order would be ready for pick up in 58-63 minutes. I should have gone with my gut and just not ordered. I got there exactly 60 minutes later and walked in to a place that did not greet me or acknowledge me and an angry customer at the counter plus several other customers just sitting and waiting. There were at least 5-6 workers and only 2 were doing anything. I finally got someone to find my order to find out it wasn't made yet. I had to wait about 15 more minutes. The flavor was off, didn't taste like anything and the chicken seemed undercooked. One worker went and got a drink then took it in the kitchen area and was just drinking his drink and talking. A guy walked in who I assume was a friend or off duty employee. He got a drink and went to the kitchen area to talk to his friends. This location is a hot mess and needs a manager to actual manage the place and work on customer service. I will drive twice as far next time to get wings faster and on time. Never again!

Incompetent people work here. Ordered a 10 piece half bone in half bone out. I got all bone in. AlsoWhile I was picking up my meal I went to get my drink and the machine was out of Ice. I told one of the guys working there, and he acknowledged what I said, then started mopping the floor. I'm like WTH! Then a customer comes in and he starts helping him, while I'm still just standing at the soda machine. The guy never offers to get me some ice.

Great food and service. Wait time was met and I wasn't there long they gave me a quote time of 18-20 minutes yet my order came out in 15. The staff is very friendly and they all greeted me once I walked in even the staff from the back. I had to use the bathroom and it was relatively clean compared to the other stores I have been to.

Terrible service. Food is awful. Tried to call in an order and after 10 minutes on hold I hung up. Went up there to order directly and they still couldn't get the order right. Don't waste your time or money on this location. They don't give a %#^*! I'm disappointed they're taking up a retail spot for something possibly better!
