First time checking out Wingstop. I had a taste for wings and decided to finally pull-up to checkout their lemon pepper wings and fries. The medium 8-piece wing combo with fries and a fountain drink was worth the cost. I ordered online and it was ready at the expected time. The staff were cool. The lemon pepper wings were basic, and the fries had a different taste--I can't quite explain it, but they were good. I would return for lunch.

This place is the worst. Always terrible service. Today it appears all of the employees are boycotting gloves. Where is ownership and the health department.

The service is very slow, there is organization. I stood inside and no one offered any help for about 7 minutes for an online order. After they helped others that walked in after me they asked if I needed to place an order, although I placed the order online and waited for 30 minutes to pick the order up...I have to wait another 45 minutes only to be given the wrong order.

Ordered food at 8 o'clock and didn't receive my food until 10 because of how slow/long the workers took with my food. When I got my food the fries were soggy and with no seasoning, chicken was supposed to be boneless but were bone in, I payed extra for three ranches and didn't get any. Needless to say if I could give ZERO stars I would.

It was a culinary journey to remember. The wings were like crispy little parcels of happiness, and I couldn't get enough. I thought I'd found my chicken wing soulmate!But then, curiosity got the best of me, and I ventured over to the Howell Mill location. What a plot twist! I requested hot wings not once but twice, and what did I get? Wings cooler than the other side of the pillow. Now, I'm not an expert on temperature, but I'm pretty sure hot isn't supposed to mean fridge-fresh. But the real kicker was the manager or supervisor, who decided to serve up a side of attitude along with my frosty wings. I mean, I came for hot wings, not a cold shoulder! So, in summary, the Atlanta Rd location is a flavor-packed paradise, but beware of the Howell Mill saga - where wings go to chill, and managers, well, they're not winning any customer service awards! Cheers to crispy wings and the wild restaurant adventures that come with them!

This has GOT to be the WORST Wingstop in Atlanta. I stopped by because I was in the area. I did a mobile order and arrived a little early. I waited until many minutes after the cut off time and still did not receive my order. I asked where it was and was told that it would be 5 more minutes. I tried to wait patiently but both of the bathrooms were out of order and I had to use it really badly. So order was late... bathrooms out of order... lady making the food in the back wasn't wearing gloves GROSS (please see picture below)... Get home to my side of Atlanta thru atl traffic and finally sit down to eat and my order is wrong. I paid extra for all flats and did not receive all flats. When I called the store (which, btw the number they have listed on the app AND wingstop website is a number that is not in service so I had to google the actual number), I spoke to "JoJo" the manager (I don't even think that was her real name) who said she would have to call her GM for a refund. After she allegedly spoke to the GM, Brandon, she said that he stated I would have to bring the order back to the store to get a refund. This is after I told her I do not live near Howell Mill. What a joke - a GM not willing to apologize or compensate a little $20 order. I called corporate to file a complaint and will be requesting a refund with the district manager. I do not recommend this dirty and disorganized wingstop!

Believe the reviews. It's true. My food was not great either. The fries didn't have much seasoning at all. The wings were soggy. The customer service is fine. I came in on a Friday for the lunch hour. I will not order again.

This location is unprofessional. They said they couldn't take my order and that I had to order online because their cashier was on break. Everyone inside was sitting down. Completely ridiculous.

service is terrible!!! entire place need to be closed!! I definitely saw a rat today when I visited... entire place is nasty you can tell from the way the back of the restaurant looks that's where the the issue is.... I will NOT be returnin!!
