Ok so let me start by saying the food is soooo good! Crispy wings, crunchy fries, fast service and the place is clean BUT BUT BUT when you walk in it smells TERRRRRRIBLE like a freaking sewer!! It smells like that all throughout the restaurant and I don't understand why if the whole restaurant seems clean! If it wasnt for the smell I would go more often!

Plenary of parking and plenty of seats. Don't have to wait long to be seated. They have a really good staff who take good care of you.My fav waitress is Kia, she's the best...I suggest you try the lunch special 8 wings, fries (tots or onion rings also) and a drink $8.99My fav sauces are Honey Chipotle, Tai Spice and Kicking BBQ

Food arrived to our hotel in a timely manner and was still hot. That is where the compliments stop. How do I enjoy my coleslaw with no utensils? The fries with each entree tasted undercooked despite a written note to cook well done.

We waited for 25 minutes to be seated with no communication from the staff. While I waited, I went to the bathroom, passed several empty tables, and restaurant staff on their phones not helping customers. Once in the bathroom, I was greeted with mounds of soiled toilet paper (urine, feces) on the floor, sticking to my shoes. I passed the kitchen on the way back and saw roaches on the ground. I ended up leaving hungry and disappointed. I left without speaking to restaurant staff.

Something different from other wing places. They have decent wings if your looking to fill your belly. The service was not the best. I felt as though they weren't attentive even though the place only had 3 tables occupied. This isn't a place to come to watch the game either. It's a pit stop for food. If you have options then I recommend trying others.

My family and I have always been a Wings and More fan. We have eaten at the Wings and More in many locations across the great state of Texas. Today we ate at this location and was shocked how bad the food was and how dirty the restaurant restrooms were. The men's restroom so bad that the metal on the stall walks were eaten away with rust from the urine splash I am assuming. It was worse than a nasty highway old truck stop. The wings were so tiny they should have been half priced. They were all dry and over cooked. We ordered fires with season added and it came with nothing on them. Both my sons ordered two different dry rubs on their wings both orders were wrong (no dry rub) and over cooked. My wife had a Montecristo sandwich the ham tasted old and hard to chew. On a good note - The service was good and she was very polite and professional.

Went to this restaurant was seated & place my order. I went to the restroom to wash my hands. While in the restroom I noticed a waitress by the name of Bria walking out of the stall & didn't wash her hands. As a paying customer, I was very disappointed to be in a restaurant in watch a waitress not wash her hands with what the world just experienced with Covid and all the germs that are going around. I was very much appalled. I approached another waitress to ask for the manager to express my feeling about what I just experienced and this waitress instead of trying to rectifying the situation she told Bria want I said. Before I noticed what was going on waitress Bria approached me with an hostel attitude asking me why do I care because she wasn't waiting on me anyway. I then went to the front counter to ask for the once again. At this moment Waitress Bria was yelling back & forward with me I then ask the young lady at the front counter is this how your employees treat your customer she had to actually tell waitress Bria to stop talking. She then told me that the manager was unavailable in the only way to reach him was to call back to the restaurant. I am so disappointed in this establishment. I was told that waitress Bria still work here, I'm sure with bad hygiene & poor customer service. THIS RESTAURANT IS SUPER NASTY & GHETTO!!!!!
