Wing House

The lady who works the register is very high strung, impolite and rude. She twists her face when you ask her questions and speaks very aggressively. Granted I was in the restaurant on super bowl Sunday so she was taking a beating with the phone calls and Uber and door dash deliveries. She was running between the kitchen and register touching money and I saw her grabbing food in the kitchen with her bare hands. I feel this is a code violation. But let's face it, this is a wing place in a busy metropolitan area and she will always hit tons of business. This review will not hurt her in the least.

lady at front counter was very loud and rude to everyone and very disrespectfu. Also she was coughing over the food no hair net no mask no gloves or anything. i wont recommend eating here if you are traveling or just in genera.!!!and she threw my straws and my bag at me.!!!

What I ordered: boneless wing combo, came with fries, celery, ranch and a drink. Also ordered a garden salad.Salad - was HUGE (full styrofoam to go container) with a ton of tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers and onions. The base was iceberg with carrot shreds. 100% worth the measly little $4.25 paid for it.Wings - The hot boneless were just the right amount of heat. They were cooked perfectly and fell apart in my mouth. A++ without a doubt.Fries - they were decent, but could use some seasoning other than salt, but it's not a complaint.Service - the male that works the counter is friendlier then the woman, but she isn't mean. She's just not the warmest person, just matter of fact.Overall, the portion sizes for the $$ are excellent. I'll definitely be back!

I've been coming to this place since I hit the ATL (2017) and I never had any problems with this place. I get the catfish combo which is great along with shrimp. Just need my fries fried a lil more crispy.

Let me just say . . I FREAKING LOVE THIS PLACE !!! I probably eat here 3 times a week ! The Honey Garlic Pepper wings & Shrimp fried rice just makes my soul happppy !!!

This business is very rude and unresponsive. I called and ordered fried rice and two shrimp egg rolls. I was unaware they even had shrimp eggrolls until the male who answered confirm they did. When I received my shrimp eggrolls I bit into it and found that it was not shrimp but some sort of meat substance I don't know maybe pork. I called to confirm whether or not they sold shrimp rolls and was put on hold for several minutes. Once I did reach someone, a female, I asked what meat was in the shrimp rolls and she said we don't sell shrimp rolls and then hung up on me. I called back three times with no answer. She was obviously screening my calls. If the business owner cannot be kind and courteous in simply answering a question in regards to their products what do you think they are doing to your food. I would not trust these people if they were the last Reminence of food on this planet.

I called in to place an order, and was rushed, cut off & hurried. Then when I pushed back on why I was being rushed the rudeness persisted. These types of places do NOT give refunds, rarely are willing to fix your order when something is wrong but insist on rushing you?? When I pull up at the end of the call I didn't see the lines that I was told I was being rushed & cut off to accommodate. I asked a question about sizing & cost, which could've easily been addressed. You answer the phone but I should get off & go look online at the menu??Honesty, this isn't the first time I haven't liked the tone & service, nor the food. And that's my fault. But this is the final straw for me. I will not be patronizing this business & truly it's beyond time for businesses like this to serve our communities far better than they do. Being "busy" when you're in BUSINESS is a BLESSING! & is NOT a justification for rudeness & slick talk. It's flat out disrespectful to talk rudely to customers, it happens far too frequently from Asian owners with predominantly young and/or Black customer base! Customers should be appreciated, and at minimum, RESPECTED. I came for the ONE thing I order here which is veggie rice, as the other items I've tried - fried fish, wings, boneless wings have truly been subpar! The rice isn't as good anymore & needs doctoring up. Save your time & money! I just saved myself some tonight.There are plenty other options in this immediate area & with much better service & regard for customers!

I love the food at Wing House - I usually stop through when I am taking my guy some food while he is at work. Their food is always hot and excellent customer service. I want to say Thank you to the Wing House Staff. High-5!

Do not go to this place. They are very rude, basically act as if they are offended while you try and order their food. On top of that I wanted to add a lemonade after I ordered and she wouldn't let me upgrade for $0.15 because I didn't have cash. Literally ridiculous

The wings were fire and the customer service get a little bit of a fix, but I only came on here to say never get they chicken fried rice man like it's terrible the rice is good but the chicken doesn't even taste like Chicken.
