Wing Hing Chinese Restaurant

Got a Hunan chicken takeout lunch from Wing Hing. Paid $1.50 extra for the all white meat option. Hunan is supposed to be spicy but with a lot of flavor. It lived up to its reputation. Definitely will get again.

We used to get Wing Hing plenty in the past, however the food has completely changed. The last two times were the worst and we won't be coming back. The chicken wings were yellow? I don't know they just didn't look or taste right. The chicken and broccoli was terrible. The chicken barely had sauce and was chewy and crunchy? It made no sense. The shrimp egg rolls had 1-2 shrimp, a ton of cabbage and no flavor. We ended up throwing away the majority of food.

It was OK. Not as good as it was when original owners were running the place. Not terrible but just not what I was used to for 20 plus years.

My co worker suggested getting food from here, I only ordered the shrimp fried rice well I must say it's lacking some things green onions and flavor. Rice is very bland an basic.

2/21/ 2015 was our visit. Been coming here for 20 years to this family run( big smile) restaurant. What do you get here that is better than other local Chinese restaurants?- NO MSG-Best Fried Rice.-Real Pork in the Lo Mein.-Pleasant daylong dinner music.Their business seems to have evolved to more takeout judging by the constant phone orders during the noontime hour but trust me, dining in is a pleasant experience.Even the fish in their fish tank seemed happy to be here.

I've been going here for take out or dining in for over 30 years and haven't had a bad experience. Food is authentic and made to order. The ambience is old school like I've found in Chinatown in San Francisco and Philadelphia. Prices are reasonable and good is delicious

The lady at the front is dismissive and condescending. The food is either oily on the outside and dry on the inside or dry on the outside and cold on the inside. They have cleanliness issues (e.g. hair and unidentifiable brown smudges in/on food). The prices are a little cheaper than other Chinese takeout places, but the portions are smaller and the quality is much lower. This place's only redeeming quality is its location; it's close to KFC, McDonald's, etc if you want something cheap and (usually) actually good.

this restaurant sucks, sent me a menu last week, ordered food from said menu and the order came to $25.00 more than anticipated!!!! called them and they said there was nothing they could fix about it ever though THEY GAVE ME AN OLD MENU 1 WEEK AGO!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!!!!!

I will say that they used to have excellent food. But there has been quite a decline recently. When we ordered our food yesterday. I purposely asked them to drain my eggrolls and shrimp in the oil basket a little longer. But again my food was delivered with enough oil to make a order of french fries.It's a horrible thing when we have to drain off the food so it can be eaten. I guess it's time to find a different chinese restaraunt.

Disappointed....I use to eat here alot, but then quality went down..Last week I thought I would try again and purchased the garlic eggplant dish. It was delicious...So New Years day I ordered lots of food. That was my mistake. Everything was just drenched in grease..Items I ordered were chicken and broccoli, pork lomein, steamed dumplings, garlic eggplant, egg rolls..Most items tasteless. Not sure if they have different cook on certain nights but I will not be back until I know I am going to get a consistent good meal when I am there.So close and convenient, but I was embarrassed to serve this food.
