Willies BBQ & Burgers

Love this BBQ place! All their food is delicious! They have a nice little outdoor patio, which is great to hang out and eat. I recommend their Chilli-Cheese Fries to anyone who hasn't tried them because they are De-licious!

I've been going to the original Willies since they opened in Cut and Shoot - and am never disappointed! Their food is always good, they're always so friendly, and I always know I'll be happy with whatever I choose! The loaded potatoes, Willy Philly, and loaded burgers are my 3 go-tos! They're a must if you're in the area!

OOOOOOOO BABE this place is GOOOOOOOD. One of the cooks, Manny, he said every single time he takes a bite out of some of his cooking he can't help but smile. And I can't either. That brisket burger (put on a jalapeño bun) IS TO DIE FOR! Absolutely perfect. I am not exaggerating.

Jumped off the freeway to grab some lunch , boy are we happy we picked Willies !!! Some of the best brisket we have had in a long time. This little gem is well worth the detour!!

Willis was good when it opened and has just gotten better. They have one of my favorite Burgers that is constantly cooked perfectly. Bring an appetite the portions are large.

Absolutely loved Willie's barbecue. Reasonably priced and the food was delicious. Nice a little patio area that you can sit and enjoy or take it home.

Drove on by a lot when I know that the 'hole in the wall' places are usually good eatin'...and Willie's sure is! I really need to get pictures before the fam digs in because my son got a monstrosity of burger, brisket and sausage on a bun that made him such a happy guy, even after driving 2500 miles in one shot to get home. Hubby keeps wanting a party melt but gets distracted by the burger menu and has not found a bad one yet. I get the same thing because...I like it. The basic burger, it's just good. They have a smokehouse right on-site and covered outdoor seating if you want to stay and eat, but most walk up and order to go or phone it in. It's in Cut and Shoot, in the middle of 105E construction but it's worth a little bit of hassle for good eats!

I have purchased food to go from this establishment several times, as it is only about 7 minutes from my house.The food is generally very good, although the beans are some of the least flavorful I have had since moving to Texas. A can of Bush beans is better.They do have a problem, though, in making sure that orders are correct. And in providing timely service.Today, for instance, I arrived in their parking lot at 12:05 pm for lunch. After standing in line for several minutes (there were a couple of people ahead of me), I placed my order. Just as I was about to tell them I didn't need the food and was leaving (yes, I was just going to leave without food or refund), they handed me my bag. 40 minutes after getting there.I drove home and tossed the bag on the counter, and had the call that was scheduled, having hoped it wouldn't take an hour to get take out food from a place a few minutes away. I guess making two sandwiches takes almost an hour?Anyway, after the call, we tried to warm as best we could the sandwiches and fries.The fries we didn't order since we did order tater tots.And warming the ham in my sandwich wasn't really necessary. Although the cheese I ordered wasn't on the sandwich.Two out of four items wrong after investing nearly an hour.So, good food, careless service, interminable wait.Check your food and prepare to invest a ridiculous amount of time, and you may be satisfied.

Excellent burgers and fries! I highly recommend stopping in. I was pleasantly surprised. Sometimes places in country towns have good reviews because there aren't a lot of other options, but this place actually has excellent burgers. Will try the BBQ next.

Great bbq? I love their smoked sausage. Their beans and potato salad are also very good.I've never been disappointed.
