2 meat with 2 sides on a kids plate. The dirty rice was more of a Spanish rice with 2 baby ribs and Cajun green beans with baked beans.

This place needs to define itself a bit better. It has a nice vibe (Sunday 4pm) but I feel like there's a battle between a casual setting and trendy lounge. There's too much lighting for a lounge vibe...but then you have an awesome sax player that gives it the jazz lounge vibe. Personally I would rather it take on the lounge setting, lower the lighting and add some drapes to the sides of the windows with couch seating area off to the side.We sat at the bar and ordered the following:Rating 1-5-Buffalo Trace Old Fashion- 31st one, too citrusy not enough bitters no cherry2nd one was better and was garnished correctly (Disappointed they don't carry Woodford Reserve)-Fools Rush Margarita- 5Tasty and Well balanced-Wings-5Fantastic!-Ribs-1They weren't tender and appeared to be boiled ribs with not much flavor. Disappointing given this is where you're supposed to shine.-Macaroni-2Not creamy and lacked flavor. We plan to go back on a Friday or Saturday night to see if the vibe matches a bit more. Also need to try the brisket to see if they can redeem themselves for the disappointing ribs. I hope this place succeeds because the potential is there, even if it works out more as a jazz lounge.Note: Please talk to your bar back about keeping his hands out of his dreads. The entire time we where there he was constantly messing with his locks. Then polishing glassware without washing hands.

Romantic. Reminiscent. Resplendent. Can a BBQ place become this and more? A resounding yes. Jazz soothes, interiors beckon and the smoke extols your soul... let alone your taste buds. Do come. This open architecture, has it all. Finesse, a large dining area, a private BB King party room complete with staff, and an outdoor New Orleans esq porch perfect for those visiting with pups or those looking to enjoy an epic cigar. All welcome. cool space Great date night spot from those driving up from Rosenberg. Situated in Town Center facing the feeder. Turn up the music. You will not be disappointed.Well drinks sure are pretty. This local opened this weekend. It's a lifelong dream for the owners. You have to come here to experience it and support their passion. Great community and motivated for your business.Yay!!

This is a really nice place with a great patio section. Very inviting and good service. I wasn't impressed with the food. Maybe it was an off day but I'm not sure I'll be back. I ordered THE KING Tender smoked turkey leg with dirty rice, topped with shrimp & sausage alfredo sauce. Very bland. The dirty rice had no flavor and I had to keep looking for it. The Alfredo sauce had no flavor and the smoke turkey was probably cooked in the oven. I also ordered the 2 meats with 2 sides with pork ribs and brisket with beans and Cajun green beans. I was going to get the dirty rice but after not having a taste with the turkey, I didn't want it. They gave me a kids plate with two ribs and a small portion of brisket. Ribs were tasty and tinder and the beans are not barbecued but good. They brisket was good. If they want to compete with Turkey Leg Hut on the turkey leg, they need to learn how to make dirty rice. It is more of a Spanish rice than dirty rice. Nickel Burger has more smoky taste than here. After 70 days in business, they need to improve the taste of their food. Not sure if I'll be back. Three stars.

What an awesome experience!!! Stopped in for some barbecue, ended up having live music and a great time! The vibe was excellent! The saxophonist circulated through the audience, and the band played great music. Casual for nightlife and a nice chill spot. The food, oh my goodness!!! I ordered the three meat combo plate with two sides. I opted for chicken, pork ribs, and brisket. My sides were coleslaw and macaroni and cheese. Everything was delicious!!! The service was very good. Attentive and friendly. I also love that there is a private dining area with a separate bar, that will accommodate 20 people. Parking can bit a bit problematic on busy days, but, definitely worth it. When you go...tell them Kim sent you!

We tried this place for the first time. Let me say. I'm in a wheelchair. As I tried to go inside. the male & female hosts were talking and offered no help in opening the door. Second they didn't even greet us. Still stayed talking until another person came up to them and mentioned why they didn't help to open the door. Third the waitress demonstrated she was forced to help us. she didn't want to be there or it was a bother for her. The only thing that was good was the ice tea and the barbecue. Otherwise, the service was terrible and I will not come back because they didn't care about the customer.

I want this small business to be successful. Nice atmosphere. Service is a little slow. Food is okay; not delicious, but maybe I didn't order the right thing. I'll go again and try something different.

Tried the newest bbq place in Town Square on a Fri night. As others mentioned the atmosphere here is certainly more upscale and not as casual as most other bbq restaurants. Blues themed, with elegant booth and table seating, a sleek bar at the front and an open view to the kitchen at the far right as you enter it's definitely not your average restaurant. The music when you enter transports you to a lounge type atmosphere.I found the food to be average and rather expensive for the amount given. We split a 2 meat and 2 side plate with 2 drinks each. Drinks were pretty decent. The bbq itself was bland. I enjoyed the sausage the most. The moist brisket was just ok. For 22$ it's 2 strips of brisket and 1 sliced sausage link so it really is meant just for 1. Felt the portion size was a little skimpy for that price. Enjoyed the green beans, potato salad was average. Service was friendly but slow. Also not sure why we were seated directly next to the small stage when other tables were available. At first it was fine but then they had a blues band come in and it was impossible to continue a conversation when they started playing. Luckily we were just about done but it was annoying to be jostled around so much while the band was setting up. My chair was directly in front of the patio wall (maybe a few inches away) and they had to open it up to let the band and equipment in. The patio itself was nice tho and it seems to be a good layout for when the weather is cooperative.Overall would recommend for the ambiance rather than the food.

My experience at Williams Smokehouse BBQ was pretty decent, was it the best BBQ in town? Absolutely not but I do believe that they have potential to get there. There is some room for improvement so I'm going to give my best feedback without sounding too critical. This spot has a lounge feel to it so I'm assuming once the dinner rush starts, the music will be lively. We came here when lunch started and it wasn't busy nor loud. I'm not really into loud blasting music while I'm eating out because I like to hear the other person talk versus having to scream while you're having a conversation with someone. So it was for sure perfect timing for us. I decided to get their two meat combo that comes with two sides. I also got an extra side just to try it out. I went ahead and ordered some ribs, moist brisket, Mac & cheese, dirty rice & cajun green beans. My friend ordered a brisket sandwich with Mac & cheese. * Ribs- it doesn't really have the smokiness that I would've liked but it was good. The ribs did fall off the bone and it was tendered. The crust did have a nice glazed which added a layer of sweetness to it. Solid ribs. 3.3/5 * Moist brisket- it wasn't that tendered and melt in your mouth but it wasn't dry either. The bark/crust wasn't executed the best but the seasoning did have salt to it. & once again it wasn't that smoky. No smoke rings but that's all for show in my opinion. It was still a respectable slice of brisket. 3/5 * Mac & Cheese- Dry, not enough cheese & no creaminess to it. Very Amateurish Mac & cheese but still edible. 2.2/5 * Cajun green beans- nicely seasoned, good texture & they added a lot of brisket to it as well. 3.6/5 * Dirty rice- one of the best I've had in a good minute, it's rare that I find a spot that delivers excellent dirty rice but I'll have to salute to this one. 4.5/5 * Brisket sandwich- the bread was nicely toasted and they put a lot of brisket into the sandwich. 3.5/5 * BBQ sauce- a little too sweet for my liking, not my favorite. All in all I was satisfied. Our server Trey was professional, he checked on us a few times without hovering over us. He refilled my drink & accommodated us in a timely manner. The portion could be more given the price tag but I'm a little guy so it still filled me up. Oh & thanks for the extra Mac & Cheese. Parking on the other hand can be an issue especially on weekends. I mean I'm not surprised since it's in town square. I do see a parking garage but I was confused which floor I can park on. Will I come back? Most definitely but next time I might go for dinner and try out their wings that people have been raving about. I might not like loud music but I don't mind listening to some Jazz/Blues while enjoying my meal. It's a really soothing type of genre in my opinion. Until next time.

A few small things lead to my rating. For one, we guessed on where the front door was. There is no name or hours of operation, just dark tinted glass. Once in we liked the look, but the music was too loud. We had a hard time hearing our waitress and couldn't talk to each other without almost yelling. We started off with the brisket and cheese stuffed empanadas, which were very bland. I ordered the 3 meat plate, the wife ordered pulled pork and 2 sides. My mac and cheese was very dry, coleslaw, probably the best I've had. For my meats I ordered ribs, was served the two thin ribs which were mostly cartilage. The second meat was chicken which was okay, but very bland. Third meat was brisket. I order the moist cut, but was given mostly lean mixed with lots of fat and had no smoke ring and was also very bland. The sauce tasted store bought which didn't surprise me. For our dessert we both ordered the peach cobbler. This was served in the same small container that the sides are served in.....not too bad though. My wife seemed to get the better portion as hers had peaches where mine was mostly the syrup and over cooked, almost burnt, crust. Might consider going back to see if it was just a bad evening, but thinking not.
