I understand being short staffed is difficult, but being rude, especially interrupting someone asking for a simple thing such as ketchup is unacceptable. We went through the drive thru and we only got a few ketchups for a larger order (not shocking after being interrupted.) So I parked and went inside to get more. However, I was rudely told extra ketchup was 42 cents, which is FALSE - this is Whataburger! I didn't want to argue over such a minute thing, but I am shocked at the audacity. If you're in the area, I suggest visiting a different Whataburger.

Whenever I want Whataburger (and that's all the time) I always like visiting THIS particular location. I have been here at least 10 times and they have yet to get my order wrong! This is amazing in itself because I am such a picky eater!The food is always hot and fresh. . .I absolutely love their onion rings! I have no complaints about this place. Customer service is on point as well. They come out, even in the rain to make sure you receive your order. I highly recommend you stop by!

Was pretty excited to try the new wings and ordered honey bbq. They gave me honey butter wings instead. Definitely not the flavor I wanted at all and had to throw away the wings because the honey butter was too sweet. Wanted to give it two stars but the woman who helped me at the window was very nice and personable, so bonus to friendly employees.

it took 45 minutes to get our food. Yhey gave us the wrong dipping sauce, and the sprite had no sugar! just carbonated water. No apologies for the terrible wait time. A very unpleasant experience. Better staff Whataburger? I can see this closing down soon if you don't start turning this around.

Not to be confused with Walkerburger, which is just for old people really.Pretty standard Whataburger right off the highway, and service is usually okay here. The products are your typical WAB goods, but are not bad.They do lose a star because the last time I came here the fries were cold, which on previous occasions wasn't a problem.Their new Pico De Gallo (limited time only) Burger is delicious for sure.

They didn't deliver what was ordered and when I called and spoke to the manager Theresa she said it wasn't her problem and to go the app and call customer service.. They take your money but won't make it right .. immediately.. you have to wait 5-10 days for a refund.. mistakes happen but when you tell customers "It's not my problem " that's when it pisses people off.
