The most incompetent employees on earth work here . Slow slow and slower is their motto . 45-60 minute waits are normal . Avoid the hell out of this location until management hires competent employees .

I love whataburger I would have put it up against any burger just because every bite had the flavor of all the ingredients everything was just perfectly made but the past three times has been terrible this last time a portion of the meat was missing the lettuce was brown the buns were dry I asked for mayo on both buns only had it on one I had to put on the other bun ,it's the worst burger I've ever had. This place used to be good at one time ,now I wouldn't recommend to anyone not even if the burgers were free , so if you want to know what a bad burger taste like or like your pickles thicker than the meat go here. Can't give them less than a one star,but if I could I would. This is a three chance post .

Why Whataburger? Why? I decided to give this place another chance as they sent me an offer for free fries. And yet again things that were so simple went wrong. My fries were cold! Not hot. Not warm, but cold. Guess that's what you get when they are free. I paid for a burger which was also cold! And it had chunks of onions not diced onions. So in conclusion this again was a failure.

This location right here has done a major turn around. The service and the over all food that was provided today was phenomenal the fries and the burger today was fresh and hot and the service was very quick today which is not common with Whataburger! I will definitely be back at this location!

Not to be confused with Whackerburger, which is for Hitmen (and Hitwomen) only.This is not a good location. Not by any stretch of the imagination donation. I'm not sure why my review says the word donation.Cold fries three out of four times. Seriously?Yes they are close to our friends and relatives, close to the house that they live at in Rosenberg, and yes they told us that they haven't really had problems with this location, but our relatives seem like the kind of people who don't really mind having cold french fries so does that even count?

Ok...when I did a search on my neighborhood Whataburger I was surprised at the negative reviews I saw. I've been coming here for years but never thought about reviewing it until I saw the negative reviews. There aren't many reviews of this particular location so the average is pretty low. So I thought I'd boost it up a bit because I really never have had a negative experience here and today I was really impressed with the customer service! The counter person Sofia greeted me with a smile and a cheery attitude and had really good front counter hospitality! So kudos to Sofia!And when Aaron brought out my order he was also very gracious and hospitable. So kudos to the management team for emphasizing good customer service which was exceptional for today's visit!I found the location clean and the food typical of the Whataburger chain. Probably my favorite fast food burger joint!Anyways...I've always liked my neighborhood Whataburger and thought I'd kick in my two cents worth! Keep up the good work and the smiles!

This used to be our go to place when we wanted something good and fast. However, we've been going less and less because the food just isn't as good as it used to be. The burgers just don't taste the same and I used to love their fries, but they just don't taste good anymore. The last three times the fries don't look burnt but they taste burnt.I don't know if it's all locations or just this location but I won't be going there anymore.

The low score makes sense. Sat at the order board for ever without a simple greeting or a hang tight, just nothing. Called out a few times which I know they can hear, they just decided to not respond. Who ever is the director of all these nearby locations should be let go along with all staff. While they're at it, demo the whole building and impeach the mayor. Whataburger is life so this was a very traumatizing experience. I'm currently looking into inpatient treatment centers and speaking with my attorney. I'm willing to settle for 3.72 million or a free #2 w/cheese. Balls in your court

!!HISTORICALLY SLOW!! Today Thursday February 8, 2024 5:00pm I pulled up to the end of the line, waited nine (9) minutes before the line moved. Exited the line and drove three hundred (300) feet to Chick-Fa-La and had my food in three (3) minutes. Parked in the shopping center parking lot, ate my food and watched the car that TOOK MY PLACE IN LINE leave the window at nineteen (19) minutes.!!WHATABURGER YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!
