My daughter asked for a whataburger with cheese, got home no cheese and cold burger. i got a biscuit sandwich, the top was good, the bottom was so hard as if it was an old half from yesterday morning. Nothing good to say here.

The employees who service the outside lane are the most backwards acting . It's hard for them to comprehend how to count cash or to bring your drinks when they bring the food. Why are they bringing the food for one car then going to several others to get payment then back inside to get drinks. Ass backwards. This has happened multiple times. Holding up the line when you could just bring the drinks.

This is the first Whataburger in many years that did it right . Food hot, fries great ; onion rings well done were perfect and my wife is picky about well done . Clean and even gave us extra mayo and mustard as requested.Great job by this crew . All Whataburgers do well in most of the above but this one got the little extras right on

The BLT pictured on their website vs the BLT I got today. It was flat.. maybe an inch and half high, no tomato and soggy. The hubs sweet bacon something burger was also flat. Fries contained over cooked blackened fries and I didn't know that was an option.. burnt fries. But here's the thing.. I went to Hobby Lobby on Kuykendahl yesterday.. upon leaving I saw the whataburger (that I NEVER go to bc it's really not convenient to where I live ) but I went cuz I was there and their BLT looked exactly like the whataburger Marketing photo it was stellar. So moral of the story ...and yes I know it's fast food but if your gonna pay 8 bucks for a BLT.. go to a whataburger that makes it worthwhile. I'll now go the extra 2 miles to kuyjendalhl to get my moneys worth and quality food .. and seeing the previous reviews here on quality control .. clearly the operator of this store on spring cypress could care less

We've been ordering from this location for a while but lately last 2 orders got burgers with cold cheese, hot tea instead of cold iced and they just don't seem to care about their customers any longer and we're tired of getting cold food and hot drinks. Turning this into corporate and calling it done. When the cheese is cold and the iced tea is hot you can keep it.
