Curbside ordering sucks...Chick Fil A is the best place for curbside. We waited for half an hour and my husband had to go inside to pick it up. They didn't have my dressing and we paid extra for it...will never do curbside again.

Well...this place is one of the better Whataburger in this area. DO NOT GO TO WILLOWBROOK they are super greasy!!! Has not been the best for a while since Covid. Food is lukewarm and cold fries. They don't give enough ketchup and soda machines seem to be broken off and on. I think maybe they don't want to put ice in machines or clean early cause this seems to happen near closing time! Since Chicago bought service down and quality even more so. Sad this Texas Icon has gone down. I am giving 3 stars because of nostalgia but am willing to hit Trill Burgers now for Houston Texas authenticity! We had jalepeño burger combo, Whataburger combo and chicken strip combo (all cold). We don't preorder anymore so we can race w hot food but even then it was cold. Oh and greasy onion rings!

Horrible service. Whoever the older man is with an accent that brings out curbside orders idk his name but he's extremely rude and has a horrible attitude. You'd think he has to clear you with an FBI background check before he'll hand you your order. This location sucks and orders are almost always wrong. I used to work for Whataburger and I promise the job isn't as hard as these idiots make it.

Just go to next nearby location. If I could give it a zero star I would. I put in an online order for 6 combos for my family. When I get there to pick it up at curbside, the manager "Zuninga-Navarro" comes to my car and hits me with the "I was able to see your order on my screen but we can't make it". I then called customer service and they asked me what their reasoning was to not give me my order, I said what she told me and they apologized for them not having a reason. After I get off the phone with them, I go inside and order the same exact things as I ordered online and guess what? They gave it to me within 10 mins. What was the point of making me go through all that Zuninga-Navarro? If you ask me, you're the worst at your job! Thanks

I went to whataburger last night after having a few drinks. It was pretty late and busy. I ordered 2 meals but when I got the window to pay, the cashier (Stephanie) repeated back an order that was 1/2 wrong. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. Stephanie was very nice and made sure to clarify with me what needed to be fixed. Fixes were made pretty quickly and I want to thank Stephanie for her help in this this.
