Tried Whataburger for the first time while visiting Houston area! This location was a newer build and inside was very clean. Staff member working the register was younger and could have definitely spoken up more. Menu was straight forward and priced fairly. We got (2) Classic Whataburgers and shared a large fry for $15. The fries were more shoestring size while I really liked! The burger was bun heavy since we got single patty burgers. I loved that they had so many sauce options to choose from. While I'm happy we stopped out to try, the meal missed the mark on me wanting to come back for more next time we are in the area.

Fries cold, meat cold, bun stale. I'm tired of fast food restaurants cooking food ahead of it being ordered and not keeping it hot or even warm in most cases. Today the tomato and the meat were the same temperature. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was clean but none of that can be eaten!

I understand they're very busy but this is the worst location I've ever been to. If you see the time stamp it's 3:59pm it is now 4:15pm and I'm still waiting on my meal!! Then a lady comes to the window and asks if I already paid and had my order wrong when she repeated it back to me!!! Seriously? You have that many people on your shift and there's still multiple people waiting on their order and the lady behind me has already got her meal before me!!!! Terrible terrible organization. Not organized at all. The manager should really be fired.. yes I said it! Still waiting. I'll update on when I actually receive my order. Shouldn't take 20 minutes.

I asked them for no bacon and they put the biggest bacon on my salad I find this to be very disrespectful I had to throw my whole salad away I believe they did it on purpose because we told them twice no bacon and they confirmed I also had my drink spill on my couch because they didn't put the lid on all the way to seal it I would not recommend this location also they didn't have any ranch for my salad this place is terrible service please do better

Have been giving them the benefit of the doubt but the curbside service was horrific today the sodas were dripping from the cup when they handed it to me, have you heard of wiping the excess off of the cup? Thank goodness they gave me napkins. Then the hash-browns were luke warm and it looked like one was half eaten before it was delivered to me. Not typical whataburger standards!!! The ambiance needs to improve the overall service and food quality!

I'll never complain about convenience after a long day of errands, so curbside it was, but beware. If you're not careful, the app will lock you to the nearest location regardless of your direction. Not sure how long both people on the other side of me had been waiting, but they both had the look of someone that didn't expect to leave their vehicle. The wait wasn't too long and there was a mild mistake with my order, but those fries were fresh and a Sweet and Spicy can overturn a multitude of sins.
