Whataburger

Came through the drive-thru for breakfast and ordered the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit meal with an orange juice. The drive-thru line was pretty long but the wait on my food wasn't too bad. Now I've had my fair share of Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits from WB and this one wasn't as big or as full of chicken as I'm used to so I was a bit disappointed. Call me greedy but I was also disappointed in the fact that I only received four hash brown sticks with my order. I've never ordered the meal, usually just the sandwich, but I figured paying almost $6 would warrant me more than four sticks. Customer service was okay; when I got to the window and paid, I was greeted with a smile, but I wasn't offered ketchup (I had to remind him) and there were no napkins or a receipt in my bag. This location is close to my house so I'll probably be back despite the three-star rating but theyre building another one down the street so maybe I'll take my business there from now on.

I purchased two adult meals and one junior meal from this whataburger location. The junior burger meal had a long 8 in hair in it. This is absolutely disgusting! With Covid 19 going on along with other viruses. I called and asked for a manager and told her my complaint. She offer to make me another sandwich. Why would I want anything else from this restaurant after finding hair in my food. This experience lets me know that hair nets and proper sanitation guidelines are not being followed. I will never eat here again!

Ordered two BOB's and one hash browns. When I got home no hash browns! I called and they said next time I ordered they would add them. Oh well they really need to get the orders right the first time.

Worst whataburger ever!!! Only one car in front of me and it's already taken over 20 minutes!!! Horrible

Stopped by to grab a quick dinner. The employee was nice enough. The restroom could've been cleaner. Our food took 15 minutes to come out, and the lobby was pretty empty.Oberall my visit was mediocre.

place is dirty no matter how bizzy they are food is never fresh fry's are all ways cold and stale and the manager, Ernest should not be a manager. He should be cleaning the toilets. He's very rude very mean and as an answer for everything called to tell them my food was cool old nothing was fresh and he has audacity to tell me there ain't no way we're very busy. Why would I call you if it wasn't cold they should retrain him or demote him and I really hope whoever's in charge this to get this situation fixed because that is not how you manage something

Meat was not fully cooked, didn't notice till I was a few bites in.Hopefully I don't get food poisoning but thanks for that in advance

Waited 14 minutes after I complained at 10 minutes. Someone got waited and served 5 minutes AFTER me. Mexican manager said oh we thought you left. Really!!! LolNobody came out calling my name or number!!! Made fresh ones with a sorry. Really. No compensation.

can't follow simple instructions, if i ask for a number 5 with only bacon and cheese( plain and dry) that means no tomatoes, lettuce or mustard. also they did not even put bacon on my burger.fries were also cold

Not sure if they're hiring dyslexic people, or if the staff really don't care what we order. A simple order with a simple drink with no ice is what I put down on the app, but what I got was completely different and I don't feel like driving back after waiting another 20 min past when my order was supposed to be ready. If the staff membe with dyslexia read my order, I'm sorry I don't mean to offend you but I hope they give you the support like, supportlive software or easy to read fonts. I'm cheering for you and the rest that let all that happen knowing their disorder, do better...
