Do I recommend Whataburger?! Of course I do! It really doesn't matter what location. This one had stale buns, but that's the only criticism I can think of. Still the best fast food burger out there.

This place always gets our order wrong and the food comes out looking and tasting old and definitely not freshly made. It's close to my house and I'm let down every time I give them a chance. It's really unfortunate and they give Whataburger a bad name.

I ordered an #1 a regular Whataburger, I didn't get a receipt. The lady asked how I wanted it, I said medium well done She asked my name I said Cornellia. I paid and drove up. They reached to hand me a bag and said well done. I said no, I said medium done. They said what's the name on the order and I said Cornelia and they said this is for Amy. I said then either give me the food I ordered or my money back. They continued to refuse to credit the order. The woman at the window said this is your order. I said it's Amy's and it's well done. She said well done is the same thing as medium done. Of course, it is not. I asked for a manager. She also said that was my burger. The Amy well done one. She said sometimes it's hard to hear names. I told her no one would believe that anyone mistook Cornelia for Amy. I told her this is a type of theft. Either give me my money back or give me the food I ordered. She made a new burger but I had to wait a long time and others who came after me were served before me. There was no apology for the lying they all did.

We go every weekend for breakfast and it's always yummy and the surroundings are clean. The only downside are the occasional homeless person sleeping on a table. I'm glad they have kindness in their hearts, but maybe just give them some food and send them on their way. Otherwise, the management is doing awesome and I really enjoy visiting.

The drive through service was great. However, the cheese on my burger was not melted at all. Whataburger used to be the greatest, but I think they have lost it for sure. They need to put the cheese on the burger one minute before they take the burger off. They need to heat the buns directly on the grill one minute before they take the burger off. Let's get some training going on here and try to keep all of your loyal customers.

Was here visiting Houston came to see a good friend of mines. When she moved here she bragged on a few favorite go to fast food places. Whataburger was one of them so I had to try it. The burgers are huge. Im talking gotta hold with two hand type burgers. Fresh ingredients throughout. I really don't eat fries but the shoestring fries here are yummy! I also had a peach shake and I was instantly addicted! I tried to go back to try something else on the day my flight was leaving but the line was too long. I will be back looking for the big orange W.

1 star given cause well you know, no option for 0 stars. Asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and got a soggy breaded one. Tomato and lettuce were soggy and brown. Had to throw the whole thing a way. There was no fixing it.
