Not sure what has happened over the course of the last few months but this location service has tanked. The drive thru line is always backed up and even when ordering inside or on the app it is an extreme drag of time. Food is either hit or miss. This location is in dire need of help

This is our 4th screwed up order at this location, and our last. We will be going to another location from now on. My wife is VERY lactose intolerant and we specified no cheese on her burger. Got home and there is cheese on it, while our receipt clearly shows "NO CHEESE" The order was placed 5 minutes before we arrived and still it took 10 minutes of waiting AFTER our stated curbside time window. Our requested sauces were more and less and not some we even requested?! This was during dinner service?! I did try to upload pictures of our reciept and the cheese on the burger...NOPE! Your app wont let me?? Whataburger used to be the best burger place in Texas. In our recent experiences In-N-Out is absolutely kill'n you all in reliability, quality and service. Whataburger to us now is a last resort and your free food offers are truly the ONLY reason we even come in any more...which is a damn shame! Think we'll just stick with JLB Eatery, Craft Burger, OMG Burger, Old School Burger and In-N-Out from now on.

We arrived 7:40a.m. & didn't get order til 8:05. There was maybe 4 people inside the restaurant & drive through was not overly busy. We ordered 2 breakfast toquitos & 1 hashbrowns yet it took 25 minutes for us to get the order. The inside the restaurant was too cold that we had to leave on top of it taking too long. The cashier was very apologetic, but not her fault.

Fourth time in a row now drive-through has taken anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. AN HOUR. FOR FAST FOOD. And there's no way out, you're stuck! The outside of the cups are soaked with soda and the order has been wrong twice. It's only been like this for the past six months or so. I wish there was another location I could go to instead of this one. I recommend NOT taking a chance on this location, it's the worst I've ever been to and unfortunately it's my hometown one.

Work nearby eat eat here often. At some point enough is enough. I empathize with fast food employees but the room temp IQ at best is tiring. If I put a mobile order in it ends up on their computer screen where they simply have to READ THE SCREEN then place the items in the bag. It's about a 50/50 chance I get everything that shows on the receipt.
