The service is always really great here. I just ordered online and my food was ready when I got there. My burger was very delicious, probably the best I've ever had at a Whataburger.

This was my first time having this chain and while I got grilled chicken; I was highly impressed as it's the best fast food chicken sandwich I've had. The workers are also really nice. The only reason this doesn't get a full 5 stars is because they messed up my friends order and we had to wait an extra 15mins for it to be remade. Other than that, I loved the food!

The staff wasn't very friendly, and the fries were cold to be sitting in for dine in. Had to ask twice for fresh fries and both times were not fresh. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way through and not made how I ordered. I'll have to drive further for a different location next time because this was the nastiest WHATABURGER experience I've had.

I ordered 2 number 13s one with barbecue and extra strip, and a sprite, and the other just the strips. I got all my chicken strips in one, no barbecue, and my sprite was just carbonated water no sprite flavor. I also ordered a number 5 and and got A CHUCK of lettuce... chile fix y'all's quality check...

just came here recently with my mom, got two large lemonades with our meals with no straws :-(. called in hopes for someone to console my grievances, and to my surprise, i was greeted with nick. he was very jolly and comforted me about my missing straws, and even apologized for an inconvenience that he had no involvement in. he's an amazing employee and made my night ten times better than whoever forgot my straws, wished me a merry christmas as well :-) thank you nick
