Great food but too slow with servicing in the drive through. Some one was mad because she didn't get what she wanted and she was arguing through the intercom. So the line was super slow. My little one was not very happy. We almost decided to leave then they opened another lane after we waited for a long time. But very spacious space in the drive through area. Will think about to come back again.

Usually Whataburger takes a long time to make your food, but this location has terrible service. I ordered inside and got my food 25 minutes later. People that had ordered after me, received their food before me Also, while waiting for my food, I noticed that one of the employees, who was wearing gloves, walked outside with his gloves on, then he walked back inside and did not change his gloves. He just continued to work with the food. I find that disgusting. I don't think I will be eating here again.

I witnessed a woman trying to pull a scam on the employees. I watched the whole thing happen UNBELIEVABLE. The Employees were graceful with the dishonest person. My food was delicious as always.

The slowest whataburger/drive through Iv ever experienced. Iv been there 3 time and each time was at least a 20min wait. Just now at 2.10am with only 3 cars in front of me while I was ordering i was in line after I ordered for 27 mins. I decided to just leave and will never come back to this ridiculous excuse of a business. I hope they shut down so that a real business can take over and make a contribution to society. Complete joke and the owner should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Manger was yelling at her employees because they made one mistake and called them clueless , and another manager told they're employee to not speak they're own language , i ordered a #2 with cheese and the cheese was cold and fell right off my burger ? like isn't the cheese supposed to stay ? the bun was cold and hard , the coke zero they gave me was WHITE and the ketchup they gave me had residue all over it. i would expect this place to be great but all i got was old cold food and i felt uncomfortable with the way the manager was treating her employees. DO BETTER!! they should be SHUT TF DOWN im going back to the location #1148!!!
