We got a bunch of rewards points in our app for a horrible experience we had at another WB location recently. We were very leary to try again so soon after the last episode, but we also didn't want to risk losing out on the points. Was close to another location today at The Grand Parkway Shops and just decided WTH? We only had to spend $2.38 of our own $$ to get two full adult meals, sides, and drinks, with all our points. Figured with it all being almost free, how good could that go, right?! Well, let me tell you, at this location, all of our customizations, requests, free condiments, and everything came out just like we wanted. All the food was fresh and hot and brought to us curbside during our estimated wait time. We were completely impressed with the service we got! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that WB's food overall just isn't the same quality as it was several years ago. It had nothing to do with this location at all. We have noticed the drop at all locations we have tried this year. Just wanted to give a big shout-out to the crew at this location for restoring some of our pride in our state's #1 burger institution. Thanks, Yall!

Ordered online to pick up. Waiter there 30 minutes while my order sat and got cold because the tall ish, ditsy, blond haired girl who seemed to be in charge of the carry out orders forgot I was there. I asked if she could check on my order and she left and immediately she returned with a very guilty look on her face and handed me my order. She said "sorry for the wait", and retreated to the kitchen.Now look, I worked in fast food And I was once a kid so like I get not caring about a job there that's cool. I also know people don't got to Whataburger because of there Yelp reputation and people don't care about these reviews. I want up to a different girl and said, kinda on the down low, "I don't wanna be annoying could I get my food remade it's been sitting and is coke", which I did verify my food was cold. I didn't want to be loud about it because they are just kids and the manager didn't really need to be involved like I'm not gonna be a butt-hole. She went to the back and like 6 minutes later I had my food and it was perfect. So like it was fine. When I got home I finally realized they ended up forgetting the two apple pies I had ordered, which to be fair I checked the back and didn't notice so the blame is kinda 50/50 like whatever. But it still ended up sucking in the end and I was just feeling like venting about it and sharing this just in case someone out there does care about these reviews and appreciate them. This is one of many instances at this store, because I live close-ish, that I have had but was just my breaking point. This place kinda sucks and is like 95% run and operated by children. Which is the companies fault and no one else's like they don't pay a living wage so these kids definitely deserve the best . But the restaurant is kinda sucky and you might ends up paying for stuff and not getting it if you aren't at least paranoid about checking your food. So there's that.

Maybe it's new but needs improvement at the register and back service delivery. BOB Ranchero was over cooked and had to describe to cashier when ordered. Then took 25 minutes for an empty dinning room for order delivery. At least comped a free breakfast taco. Feels different than other Whataburgers.

Whataburger just isn't what it used to be. I remember the days when Whataburger burgers and fries were amazing. Or maybe I was younger and just didn't know what a good burger actually tasted like. Usually Whataburger takes forever to serve your food, but this evening they were actually really fast. In fact, we had to have my daughter's burger remade and they got it done within a matter of a few minutes. The inside is no different than any other location. It's all the same. This location was relatively clean.

Really don't understand why I'm receiving half cups of gravy for a 4pc chicken basket. Then if I buy an extra one, it's half as well !! Is it that hard to make gravy or y'all just don't give a care cause this clearly is a joke smh do better.

I went to refill my drink and was disgusted with the fact that right underneath the drink station an employee was spraying insecticide in the storage underneath. The spray was going everywhere as they carelessly sprayed it while the store had customers in it, as someone who's worked in food for the past 5 years I can personally attest that no company I've worked with has dealt with a bug situation like this without concern about food or drink contamination, honestly extremely disappointing.

The food is still Whataburger quality. But you just might not get what you ordered. I've been dining at this location since it was built, and hardly ever does my receipt match what is in the bag. I'm never too upset with not receiving my subbed onion rings since fries with a burger is the norm. The issues are with the condiments. 9/10 orders you will never get your spicy ketchup, ranch or buffalo sauce.

Was accidentally charged for an order that I did not place after leaving my card at the drive thru. When I brought this issue to this restaurant they immediately connected me with the general manager who provided the best resolution in a swift manner. Other than that, haven't had any issues at this location
