This Pico de Gallo burger is out of this world! It taste great! Full meat flavor! Also the chesse is melted perfectly!

It didn't take long to get my food from the drive thru but the food was definitely poor quality, I wouldn't recommend this particular Location.

Not good food we ate there today and when on the way home my unblemished threw up on the way home while driving one worker at the counter was friendly but the rest and the food also made me feel a bit bad I feel like I have diarrhea but can't use the restroom so ya whataburger general manager or regional managers need to do something about this location cause never have I had whataburger and gotten sick from it.

This location was ok and nothing more. The parking lot is small and almost inconvenient. The staff members were doing the bare minimum to keep the place running. It could've easily been cleaner inside and more welcoming. I think it's convenient to have your food brought to you when you eat in but not when you see someone sweep--take the trash out and then walk into the kitchen area to grab your plate. I'd rate my honey bbq chicken sandwich 6/10, chicken strips weren't fresh.

I've never tried Whataburger. Being a West Coast girl I've never had the opportunity. Hubby wanted to make sure we tried it while we were out here in Houston, TX. The commercials made the sandwich look good, so I bought in & said ok! The location we tried was ok. Staff was quick and the restaurant was clean. For fast food, it wasn't too bad. I ordered the new mushroom Swiss burger and hubby ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. I didn't care for the sauce on the mushroom burger. There was too much of it which made the burger very messy. They also put mushrooms in between the patties, which I like, but that made it more messy. I had more mushrooms on the wrapper than in my belly after the first two bites. Hubby's burger was good. I like that they come standard with mustard, but I'm a mustard kind of gal. The fries were hot and not salty which is great. Overall it wasn't bad, but I think I hyped it up too much in my head.

I had a pleasure of meeting Ms. Jackie in the drive thru. Very sweet and great customer service skills. Ordered banana pudding shake OH my God tasted like the blu bell banana pudding ice cream my favorite. Next spicy chicken salad and my cousin ordered the sweet and spicy burger, I guess it was good because it's gone lol. Love the fact the fries were so fresh and hot we could barely bite them. They were so good, just needed a bit of salt

Very poor customer service the restaurant was empty and I stood at the counter for over 3 mins. There were workers who just watched me stand there and not even greet me or acknowledge me. Very very very rude and fries weren't fresh.

Patty Melt is where it's at! They alway have a bit of a wait. Every time I come by they ask me to pull up or pull to a parking spot which they wait seems forever. They workers are super friendly and the food is hot. It's just the wait that made me give them 4 star. Every car in front or behind me was pulled.
