Whatajoke! Whatamess!! Wait in the drive thru lane, order and get told to stay in line, or pull into the right lane and pull forward. Pay at the window if in the left lane, someone comes out and takes your payment if in the right lane. Then Whatawait while Whataemployees run food to various cars, not necessarily in order. Then Whatawait longer because your food was delivered, but the person in front of you hasn't received their food. So you are Whatastuck. Whatasurprise...the customer's order in the right is wrong or incomplete. Whatawait some more. Now the customer to the right gets out of his car, goes inside and returns with straws...but can't leave because the customer in front of him is still Whatawaiting his order. So we're all Whatastuck. Commenting to the Whataemployee that this system is inefficient garners a response of "I don't know what to say to that or tell you who to talk to". Whatawow!...That speaks volumes about Whatatraining and Whatacustomer service. And the food? Whatamediocre.

I love whataburger, their food is very good. But this place is something else. -FOOD BE COLD BE READY TO WAIT 45 to more than an hour for your food Be ready to wait. !They are all rude, never seemed positive. Employees have a tight mine at all time. Just call their phone to ask a question and see how they reply and talk back NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!! This isn't the first time I come here and wait 45 to an hour and half for my food. ( week-end around 2am-4am) that's the shift I'm talking about because tbh I never ordered during the day. But their night shifts is TRASH . They should get people that actually like to work, or a good manager This place ruining whataburger's image smh

4 stars on the good Because it's fast food. But I am giving it only two stars because the management was rude and they got my order wrong. But only that they didn't give me my whole order. They gave my my food at the drive thru and I went home. That is when I found out a few things were missing. So I went back. The manger (I can only assume she was the manager because she was dressed differently. No one had name tags). I told her that I didn't get some of my food and told her what it was. She said. Where is the rest of your order? I said at home being eaten by my family. She said with attitude how do I know you are actually missing something. The guy who gave me my order actually came over and said he didn't forget to give me food. He apologized and said he would go get it. She just looked away and walked away. She went to give a guy is good. He had to tell her it was missing some of his food as well. He was mad at her too. The management is horrible and rude.

At this point, I'm pretty certain I've sold my soul to Whataburger. Literally every time I see their iconic logo, I literally debate with myself mentally on whether or not I should go for it. This not only shows that their marketing is working on me, but it also is a testament to how much I enjoy their food.Compared to other Whataburger locations, this Westchase spot isn't going to be among the best. There are some days where they're on top of it all: pipin' hot food, southern hospitality service with quick drive thru experiences. Other days they're slow, sometimes orders are wrong, and super sloppy handling of the food / subpar presentation (i.e. terribly wrapped items, spillage, etc.)But like any fast food chain, every spot will eventually level out. This location does its job and I get my breakfast burger. One thing I will point out is that this spot is significantly better late at night than they are in the daytime. I'm not sure how to explain it, but the service is beefed up post midnight. Maybe it's a Houston thing for post nightlife eats?

It's delicious when you get the right order, which is never. My husband came home with a burger I can't eat because it has all the things I didn't want on it. The last screwup was at least edible Next time I am craving a burger I'll get it from somewhere else.

If you need to wander around, go to Wanderburger. This is not that.Way out in Westchase, close to my favourite Shipley's location, and this is Texas's favorite burger - but honestly it's not as good as In-N-Out, which is not that good - and it's a little better than Five Guys, but that's like saying it's better than licking a toilet bowl. Not my favourite location by any means anyway.

This review is for the Whataburger at 12401 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077 on Sunday at 9:50am 12/3/23. 3 people working in the kitchen. Those 3 people seemed like good hard-working folks. The manager sat on his butt the whole time. Dirty tables, no coffee, no napkins and the manager could not be bothered to help his staff. Terrible leadership. I felt bad for the 3 on staff who were actually working.Breakfast came out 20 minutes after ordering. A few other customers cancelled their orders and walked out. Portions had shrunk in half since the last time I ate at a Whataburger over a year ago. The future for whataburger looks dim, unless they make some serious changes.

One lady,took care of me as soon as she walked in. I thought I would tell them how much I appreciate it since people are so hard on them My food has been hot and good.
