I have to go to Whataburger whenever I land in Houston. If you know you know. The food is consistent and they always have a new burger to try. I will be back. The service is fast and the staff has gotten a little worst but they do what they can. They all look the same and I've never been inside but the outside is always the same

I dont know what has happened to decent customer service. I believe it's a thing of the past. I walked up to the counter, and the person working at the counter didn't say anything. I was unsure if she was going to take my order, so I started to say something, and she just walked away. When she came back, she just looked at me like... what do you want? So I placed my order and she said... are you paying with a card? I said yes... and she walked off again. There was a number on the counter along with a drink cup. I figured it was mine, so I just took it, got my drink, and then went to a table.Waited a short time, and the person who brought out my food didn't say a word to me either. Just sat my tray down in front of me and walked off.Was a very uncomfortable rude experience.This was also the first time that I've ever gone to Whataburger that my burger was cold, and the fries were OLD. So, not only was the experience bad, but the food was also. I also witnessed the person who was making the fries, taking old fries, and throwing them back in the fry oil, I guess to reheat them. I dont really know.

Ordered online for curbside and they forgot to add my large fries to my order. I waited 10 min for them and had to go in to get what i ordered. Horrible customer service.

Paid for a LARGE fry and this is what I got, and NO I didn't eat them. They underserve, and my food seemed as if it was sitting out for awhile. I hate paying for more but getting less. Kind of a bummer. No sure if I'll be returning to this location. I do have to say though, the people there seem nice and hard working. Just wish they were trained to do there job better.

Not sure why such low reviews for this location. We came here today for breakfast, specifically for the honey butter chicken biscuit, since we don't have Whataburger where we live in Michigan and it's a favorite of mine.It was about $13 for two people which is reasonable. I ordered orange juice with mine so that was a slight upcharge, I believe. A honey butter chicken biscuit combo comes with the biscuit, hash browns, and then coffee, a soft drink, or orange juice.I used the bathroom while here as well and for the most part it was clean. Easy parking and large parking lot, as well.

Fantastic service from Robert! He truly cares about the customer. He greeted with a big smile and you felt appreciated for being a customer. On his own, I noticed Him go over and straighten up the lids and the drink service area. a customer was standing waiting, and he asked them what he could help them with and addressed what they needed right away. You never find that anymore. Keep it up promote him on!

They have a young lady standing outside taking orders in 90°F heat with no tent, no water, standing on rocks, fanning herself, and sweating profusely. I went inside just now and asked to speak to the manager about this. I asked if there was any way they could take orders from the drive-through window instead, considering the heat outside. He told me that they were going to run the business the way they wanted to and "don't worry about it."

I've been going here for years. I've seen a lot of turnover in management and their teams. One thing that hasn't changed is how good the food has always been. The place is always kept clean inside and out. The one thing I advise you to do is check your order before you leave. For as long as I've gone there it's always been a 50/50 chance of something being left out

Horrible service, I went on 2/24/24 they had a total of 16 people working inside, it took them 26 mins to give me a #13 and a cinnamon roll when I asked the manager how long my food was going to take she replied with "I don't know I just got here" Even if I was dying of starvation I would never stop here again.
