Where are the rest of my fries???? 3 large fries and none filled any where close to the top.
Waiting for 30 minutes for an order I should have received sooner. No one showed up.
Its taking over 15 minutes to get a simple large milkshake.....
I love Whataburger dont get me wrong just fix the issue

Wow- quality issues here! Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and it was awful. You could tell that bacon was cooked hours before they used it due to the flaccid rubbery jersey texture. The Patti had been cooked a while ago because it was cold and dried out meat jerky. I should have known since it only took about a minute to package the order. Onion rings had just been sitting out and wasn't even fried properly. A waste of money.

Stopped by to get a milkshake today thought it would be a quick stop like the usual . Waited over 10 minutes and weirdly enough no milkshake so I asked the girl at the counter if she knew anything about it and she acted like I didn't order anything . I just see the manager talking a lot and not doing much . Don't recommend coming here . I finally got my milkshake after 20 minutes... never even got an apology for the wait .not coming here again.

Not bad for a fast food burger joint. Everything is made to order and the topping's are fresh. I had the patty melt with grilled jalapeño's and it was super! The beef patty's were full over flavor and meaty. The wife had the bacon whataburger and it wasn't horrible, but didn't live up to the hype of being tastier than a in-n-out cheeseburger. Close, but no cigar. The fries would have got a rave review if they had been hot, but not too shabby as they were. The onion rings were a hit. Prices were on track for this type of establishment. I'd eat here again for sure! 8.6/10

Service is horrible. This is the second time I've been here and have experienced other customer orders taken before mine, despite me being there first. After reading other reviews it's apparent that management has a problem with keeping an adequate level of service. I've given up on whataburger.

I came to this location just one time since I don't live in the area but the one visit that I had gave me a pretty good impression of this location despite of what the reviews say about this place.I ordered drive-through for multiple people and they didn't mess up any of the orders - made the way we wanted them to. In addition, this location has two drive-through lanes instead of your typical one at most other locations; and the staff I dealt with, from the cashier, the staff taking payment, and the staff bringing out or food and drinks were all super friendly.No complaints from me.

Just went to Whataburger 10:45 am, very small line, after sitting in my car for over 15 minutes, after ordering ( they took my money but no change returned) went in the side door and they said it was coming right up , 5 minutes later after asking for my money back, the food appeared. I hamburger and one order on onion rings. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! POOR SERVICE AND NO ONE NEW WHAT THE HECK WAS GOING ON.

I came to store wanting to get some food whataburger for me and my kids. And they accidentally got my order wrong. At around 1.00 in the Morning coming back from my grandmas and when Itold them that they got my order wrong even with my recipe they wouldn't get my order right. Since it was late I decided to leave with the WRONG order and ate the food happily. Thank you.

It is the closest one so I keep returning for that spicy chicken sandwhich, but last time we waited 2 hours. THIS TIME, I ordered 3 apple pies and I got NONE. that lady behind the counter did nothing either, got three people waiting in line. Had me wanting to get behind the counter.
