Not to be confused with Whopperburger, which is obviously Burger King.Located out on Beltway 8 in the west part of Houston close to Chinatown and Vietnamese Town, you will find this Whataburger that always seems to be busy and always seems to have a line for drive-thru, night or day.It's right along the belt and they make pretty decent versions of the products, but it's been a bit inconsistent - like a couple of times the chicken sandwich was hot fresh big and juicy, and then a couple of times it wasn't so great.So I definitely give them a neutral rating, but minus one for being such a corporate chain.

First while getting my order taking or whatever that was, the cashier kept walking away and acknowledged me until she felt like it. i went inside thinking ordering inside would be quick, was i wrong. i ordered a cinnamon roll and i was left to wait 30 MINS!!! i was patient bc i used to work in the service industry but there is no communication at this location and customer are left to wait for minutes for an order that should be completed quickly or with at least a bit of communication to the customer. if you want some whataburger consider going to bissonet & 58 or h6 and westpark, theyd never do this

Don't get me wrong, your service is excellent. I do like your service better than McDonalds but the fries fried in the same oil as the fish is a no no. I dislike the smell of seafood yet the taste on my fries oh noooo. Fix please!

Go through a delivery service versus letting Whataburger arrange delivery from this store. This place screwed up 2 orders and Whataburger customer service online is useless. No ability to provide reviews for delivery (Lyft delivery) and they're taking advantage of the situation.

The location is very clean and the manager is extremely nice. Was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, the burgers were really flat like someone sat on them. I expect that from McDonald's, not Whataburger.

Well first they take 30 min for 4 meals which is kinda questionable. Any other place would be done in 15 to 20 min. Not mad about how long it took but the workers. Also workers take this long and for what, for me to be missing 2 medium fry's on 2 of my meals. But it's all good it's a 2.5 star rating what can I expect need a do a bit of research before eating at this place.These workers be working for no reason to they still manage to mess up my order one of my kids meals I asked didnt have the cheesebuger I asked for. Also, one more thing these workers are not it lacking on the job and not being able to take simple order. All I have to say about this place is that needs help and need more managing on there workers. It would be better to shut it down with this many slow people in one place get it together and get my order right.
