This Whataburger stole my card info on Saturday 6/17/23 around 1:30pm. The guy at the drive through did something weird with my card. I asked about it, and he said it was just him charging my card. I thought it was weird, but it's also Whataburger and I felt like I could trust them. Later that night, almost $1,200 was stolen from my account and charged to a fanatics gambling account. It's the only place I went that day, so it was absolutely them. I've tried to call this store multiple times, and it rings and then says there's no one there to answer and hangs up on you. Don't trust this location.

This is by far the worst whataburger I have ever experienced. I have given them multiple tries but each time the good and service just gets worse. I only get the chicken strips with gravy and they either forget the gravy or it is straight water. The service is slow no matter what time of day it is. I will never order from here again.

Person taking orders can't communicate your order, you have to say it three times and it is only three items, only to find one of your items is missing. This place early morning crew is piss poor. I have tried this place several times over three years and nothing is changed except employees.Strike three your out at this facility.

This whataburger is the ABSOLUTE WORST. Workers are disgraceful. Everytime I order the food either cold or made incorrectly. Call to complain and I get asked to leave but out of my home to get my food order replaced when it should be made right the first time. THEY TRULY NEED TO RECONSIDER THEIR EMPLOYEES AND CLEAN HOUSE. WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE ON THIS LOCATION. It's ridiculous to love whataburger and this is the nearest one to where I live and have to be unsatisfied with the service from this place everytime!

It should be called Whatburger?This is the Whataburger located up on the Northwest Freeway, and it's a pretty good one all things considered, and one that the last couple of times we came here both the burger and the fries were lukewarm, and I'm not as big on the milkshakes as Barbi is so that pretty much was the trifecta of mediocrity for me - and that's why I reduced them from the three I was going to give them to the two that I'm now giving them.

This waterburger needs to get they shit together. They didn't have my order in my bag to go with the other orders I had made. I had to come back up here to get my food. On top of that these other orders fries was burnt and over cooked this shit was stale as fuck ! Like it had been sitting there for hours. They need to learn to verify each order is correctly into they bags and aslo need learn not to over cook shit . This shit is very unprofessional as fuck. DO BETTER WATER-BURGER WORKERS !

Ok do I even have to explain how good my family's experience of this place was? People are saying it is crap which is OK because they have their own opinions but the service was just so fast, almost like 30 seconds when we get our food. And guess what? It was HOT. Not like mouth-burning hot but the enjoyable type. And they made the burger so much more enjoyable then it has ever been. The people over there were a little un clear which is why my review is 4 stars but hey, it's worth it to go here. Oh and to the people who gave BAD ratings, you just had a bad day and so did the employees maybe. Anyways please come here for a good burger :)
