The prices on the drive-thru menu are different when you arrive to the window. They up charge/increase prices. Also all previous reviews on long waiting and incorrect orders are accurate. Go to a different location and stop coming to this location. Service at this location has seriously become horrible. Smh. The #20 meal is $4.94 in this picture, on the menu. The manager states that the register price is $5.50 or $5.60. Seem very shady. If the price is actually different then change the prices in the drive-thru menu to reflect the same. Don't overcharge customers at the window.On top of having to wait AFTER paying for your food.

Every time I come to this restaurant it's always attitude. Why work in the service industry if you don't like people. When you get fast food it's about convenience. It has to get better, this is very disappointing

I came here at 3:40pm on 8-29-2023 and the women who attended me Sydney H was very polite and in good spirit, definitely the best service I've ever had here, tho at night time at about 10:00pm I wouldn't say I've had the same service specially on the drive thru.

I HATE this location. With every fiber of my being. There is something seriously wrong with management here. EVERY time I come here there is a minimum of a 30 minute wait time that makes zero logical sense. You're either gonna sit in Lane B in the drive through for 45 minutes, or you'll end up waiting 30 minutes inside for a medium fry. And most of the time the order isnt right, that is if you're asking for crispy fries. Doesnt matter. Its the same every visit.Worst Whataburger experience I've had in my 38 years of breathing. But I guess I am partly to blame since I keep coming back and obviously am a glutton for punishment. But after today I've finally had it. Never again. Never again will I risk my sanity and heart rate. Just not worth the borderline profane emotionally damaging experience. You will not be a better person for dining at this location. You will however need therapy after. Never again. Absolutely infuriating.

This location by far is one of the worst locations in this chain of stores. One of the most lackadaisical Whataburger staff and managers I've ever met. Customers are not greeted when they enter or await to place an order. I've experienced this too frequently here and just think it's downright ridiculous. I come here due to travel from my house. However, I'll be looking for another location. I mean the restaurant is not kept up! Restroom is disgusting. Food on the kitchen floor! That is absolutely not what I'm accustomed to going to a Whataburger. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!

THE WORST WHATABURGER I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM. ADRAIN WAS THE MANAGER ON DUTY WHEN I ORDERED MY FOOD. I ordered through the mobile app then called the driver after an hour of the time I was supposed to receive my food. She said she had just received the order. I called the store to ask them if they can please have my food fresh. When I received my food an hour and a half later, my drinks for all spilled in the bag it came in. My burgers and sandwiches were not made correctly. I proceeded to call the store again and complain about the situation. The young lady passed the phone to Adrian and he did nothing about it. It seems as if he put the phone down and started taking orders and completely disregarded my phone call. At this point my mind was blown on how bad this service was given. I called one more time to let them know that I am going to pull up and to make sure that they have my order done correctly. When I got there, Adrian walked out of his office, stared at me, proceeded to cook food. I had to ask another employee to call Adrian up to the counter, and he acted as if he had no idea on what happened. Now most Texans love Whataburger let me tell you, DO NOT come to this Whataburger unless you want to receive horrible service from Adrian and you food not to be made correctly.
