My order showed that it would be done by 12:40am. I made it to the restaurant at 12:35am. Had to pull up and wait. Someone finally came and said something to me after 25 minutes. He told me they had not forgotten about me. They just dropped the pie. Meanwhile about 3 or 4 cars behind me were able to get their order and leave. After 40 minutes I tried calling and got someone on the phone and told him to forget the pie. I just wanted my order. He then came and brought me a bag of nothing but cold food. Cold and hard fries. I told them to just give me a refund. I no longer have any desire to do business with this location.

I think I might be the only person who is not a fan of Whataburger. Yes their burgers are big but, the lettuce is always really bitter tasting, too much mustard and way to many onions. And I love onions but that is just way to many. The fries are always limp and greasy. The sodas sizes are extremely big. Who needs all that soda??? (No one.) Whenever I eat at Whataburger; I always exchange the soda for a shake. I do like their vanilla shakes. They are thick and really good. But I don't always want to get a shake. Since my hubby loves Whataburger, I have tried several different items on their menu but nothing really hits the spot for me. I have decided to just call it done for me and Whataburger. The stars are for the good shakes.

L do not go to this location ever. I went through the drive-through to get two orders. They told me to drive-through I paid. Upon reaching the 15 minute mark I'm like what in the heck is going on. I told Lydia that I have to pick up someone from the hospital and I cannot wait any longer. I need a refund. It took 10 minutes for a lady to come to me little short lady very nice, but she said that she could not refund my order. This is absolutely fraud and I am calling corporate to get my refund from this location. There is no way possible they cannot give me a refund.

Food was ok, but mostly writing review due to the odd customer service experience. Pulled in to second window to pay and get my order. The girl just opened the window and stared blankly at me... I'm like "hi.. hello".. hardly any response..takes my payment and again just stairs out in space.. I'm not sure what this was all about but just a weird customer service experience for sure.
