What the Pho

Exploring Colorado for the week visiting grandparents. We tried out this restaurant in Parker. A bit dissappointed. I don't think this would count as authentic vietnamese food but more of a vietnamese american fusion food. The pho doesn't have much of the pho taste and smell. The meatball were cut in slice instead of quarters and the rare steak are too meaty and no fat! The service was great. They were quick and fast. Food comes out quick too. The restaurant is very spacy. It has booth seating. The combination vermicelli have a curry taste to it which is not what I prefer. Over all, 2 out of 5 stars. Most likely will not be coming back.

Service was amazing! I ordered the bahn mi and thought it was pretty good. There wasn't a lot of meat on it and it had quite a bit of mayo for my taste. Otherwise, if you're needing a bahn mi fix, this will do the trick! It hit the spot well enough for me.

Excellent service. Pho is delicious. Shrimp spring roll is delicious. Very clean, well kept restaurant.

Never dined in before but when I ordered to go, I got a large and the size that it came in looked like a small. I've ordered plenty of large pho before and the size is usually a lot more but this portion seemed like it was for a small. Never got my drink with the order. Vietnamese egg rolls were alright. The soup was okay, I don't think I would order from here again after this experience.

We love this place and go pretty often for take out. It's the only place I've found on this side of town with authentic bahn mi, but they're so good I'd drive over to federal for one. The baguettes have a delicate, crisp crust and warm, soft interior. The pickled veg are great - not too strong tasting. I get the pork. Hubby likes the beef with a fried egg and asks for light mayo. (They do put a lot of mayo.) They're very filling. I only eat half at a sitting and would guard my leftovers with a knife if I had to!

Maybe it was an off day but I would not recommend this photo location at all. We had the beef pho and combo noodle plates to go a couple of weeks ago. Had no flavor - even the broth. Sorry but I will never be returning

Walking in, I was immediately greeted! You can choose anywhere you'd like to sit. Even though I was by myself, I preferred the booth. I ordered the chicken pho and man, it was exactly what I needed after being sick to my stomach alllll day prior. It came out hot and tasted fresh. I always prefer eating Pho at the restaurant instead of for take-out. Service was awesome and it was a nice laid back and quiet lunch.

Just discovered this little gem in Parker. Very good pho, and super fast. Table top has all the fixings you'd need which is nice. Fresh basil etc.

Food is fantastic, best pho around, and we've been to most in South Denver. Great choices for Boba too. Pork egg rolls are outstanding. Very traditional. You'll love it!

I've been here a few times for the Bahn Mi. They do a good job plus it's the only place in Parker to get one. The service can be mixed but the food is good. These guys used to have a place of the same name in the food court at Park Meadows mall I believe. The food was good there too.
