Westco Donuts

Delicious fresh donuts. My kiddos really enjoyed them. Better than most chains. Service was quick and friendly.

Not much in terms of atmosphere or warm greetings but pretty good donuts. Went to Westco 3 mornings in a row while on vacation. Each time I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff to place an order. So, final review would be good donuts, reasonably priced for the area but looking for a little more love!

Bright and clean little donut shop, warm & friendly staff, and and DELICIOUS donuts & kolaches. Breakfast tacos are yummy too! Highly recommend this place, we (me and my family) love it!

Love this place. Cheap and great donuts! Other breakfast sandwiches were good as well. The staff is friendly. One of my favorites here in Kingwood!

Love this place! Amazing donuts and breakfast treats (kolaches and sandwiches) . The ladies that run the shop are very friendly and always take the time to be sure the order is correct and packed perfectly. (Which is not always easy with a place this busy). GREAT JOB WESTCO!

I dropped in for the first time in a long time today. Todays visit solidified me never returning.Upon entering the place you are greeted by the usually stare...then.... "Hi, how can I help?" In the most "what da fuq you want?" tone and body language coming from a person with chronic RBF.I was hurriedly badgered into ordering like it's a line out the door whilst being he only gawd damn customer in the place. I was hesitant to get anything as I saw fruit flies in the jelly donut area of the display case but eventually ordered a kolache and a dozen glazed. As I turned I saw a huge American cockroach walk from behind a table and make its way towards the front door. That freaked me out but I do understand that it's Texas and even the cleanest of homes/businesses will get an American or two. Complete my transaction and notice the cockroach has now crawled up the door frame of the front door. I push it open slowly as not to have fly on me and as I start to walk out one of the ladies that was handling food behind the counter swats at it and eventually knocks it down with her gloved hand. I walk to my car and place the food on the roof and start to open my door. I see the same woman go directly back to her task without changing the damn gloves she touched a cockroach with seconds earlier.I picked up the food and immediately dumped it all in the trash. Never going back.

BEST DOUGHNUTS!!!! I cannot say this enough, I prefer these doughnuts and service WAY more than any other donut shop! Other doughnuts are really dense And soggy tasting But these airy donuts always make me feel amazing

After my breakfast taco next door I needed something sweet to wash it down. How convenient, a donut shop just next door. I whip out the phone to check out the yelp reviews. Hmmm very middle of the road and not welcoming staff. Uh-oh. I go in nevertheless and the woman behind the corner was super bubbly with smiles and hi how are you. I selected my favorite - a chocolate filled donut and I decide to eat in the shop to observe further interactions. Solid flow of customers even at 9:30 am on a weekday, and many regulars as the woman knew what they liked. Each of the dozen of interactions I saw she had a big smile and warm greeting, so I could only conclude it must be a different person working the counter from earlier reviews. Now on to the food. Granted I only had one donut. But it's my pet peeve test donut because not everyone makes it good. Dunkin Donuts and Shipley's typically fill like one quarter of the donut with chocolate, if that. Like literally one squirt from the Nazi donut maker. The one I had here was literally oozing with filling. Yes! Will I be back? Well I'm diabetic now from my years of childhood gluttony, so I gotta eat this stuff in moderation. But when I feel a cheat coming, I know where to go. It's convenient, fresh and they greeted me with a big smile.

The lady is so rude, it makes for a very uncomfortable experience every single time. Donuts and kolaches are okay as this is one of the only places with boudin kolaches near me I've found, but honestly there are several local business who are happy to receive business rather than treat their customers as an inconvenience.
