Was so excited to discover this spot in Pittsboro. We went for brunch and were very impressed with the food and the decor. I was obsessed with the mid-century vibes and can't wait to go back for drinks and dinner. They have great outdoor seating. Also, even though you order at the front of the house it doesn't NOT feel like a cafeteria type of place. Every little detail is well thought out.

One of those places you just want to like, but seems like the "concept" takes precedence over what actually works.Stopped for late brunch after a but of riding. It's counter service, but the menu is hanging on hooks by the door. The drinks are canned and bottled variety of"self serve,"except for the oj. Seating is limited. There was one tall table or a couch to sit on inside due to one larger group, the the table was awkward and the coffee table in front of the couch had dirty plates. Ordered and paid, immediately requested a tip through the tablet. Lowest option is 18%, unless customized. Don't want to feel cheap so ok. The breakfast burrito was tasty with the side sauce, but the boiled potatoes were too firm, and too big, messy to eat without silverware. However, it was served on a small steel tray with brown paper. I tried to be careful with the knife and fork, but still ended up with my last bite having paper in it. Burrito = 5 stars, even with the undercooked potatoes.-1 star for needing to be trained how to place an order, requiring tip for sub par service.-1 star for not using actual plates, eating paper. I wonder if my water glass was actually clean. Could probably lose another star but don't want to be a jerk about it.Would like to support new and quirky dining combinations, but this place definitely has room to grow.Give it a try, the options seem interesting and tasty, if expensive for the experience.

A day trip to FireClay Cellars then West End Kitchen for brunch is a must. After you order at the counter the rest of it is table service. I ordered the sawmill with a glass of Prosecco and my mom ordered the philippe's french dip with a beer. The service, drinks and food were all fantastic. My only negative feedback would be that the beers were overpriced.

Recommended by a friend as a new'sh place so was excited to try West End. We ordered the Turkish eggs, which my husband loved, with Lebneh and a garlicky, zataar-spiced naan. He also had a side of sausage which he did not share, however got a thumbs up. I opted for the hash, since I love short ribs. The meat was rich and tender, yet came with only 4 small diced potatoes, so not much of a hash. Loved the little frisée salad , because I can never get enough of greens. We got some sticky buns to take home for the teen, which were devoured.Easy ordering at the counter, waitstaff attentive. Lunch menu looks intriguing, yet it's the butterscotch budino and espresso pot de crème that I'm dying to try. We'll be back.

Absolutely incredible! I have been twice for brunch now and each experience is better than the last! The food is incredible, the staff are attentive, and the whole vibes of the restaurant are on point!You walk into a mini mercantile that offers locally sourced goodies from chips to coffee to bars of chocolate. Then you make your way up to the counter and order what you want! They give you a number and you find yourself a table. The food comes out fresh and hot! Things I've had so far:George Clooney Gotta Burrata - incredible! Sourdough bread topped with prosciutto, Burrata, house made jam, and frozen shaved tomato. It's perfection. The Sawmill - I hate gross but this has converted me. Pimento cheese grits, poached eggs, and a hollandaise. It warms the soul! Pimento cheese fritters - what can I say? It's so fried pimento cheese. It's heavenly. Lobster beignets - not my favorite but still worth a try! It was a texture thing for me but the flavor was still on point! Pretzel Bread Pudding - great flavor, not overly sweet. Perfect way to end a brunch! Turkish Eggs - 100% yes! Poached eggs spiced up and served with naan bread. 10/10 recommend! I promise this restaurant is worth the trip! I'll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic dinner in every way. First, the server was excellent, very friendly but incredibly authentic and honest, just a good guy who did a good job. Food was also excellent. Started with the lobster lollipops, a ton of lobster and a very nice dipping sauce. The pork frites was even better. The pork steak was cooked perfectly, surprisingly easy to cut, juicy and tasty. I usually avoid carbs but was told these fries were worth, and they were so worth it. Crispy, tasty, the perfect fry. Even the side salad (which the menu did not mention, a nice surprise) had a very refreshing dressing on it. We also enjoyed the broccolini, garlic butter added a lot of flavor. A great meal, can't wait to go back.

I've been coming down to Pittsboro for over twenty years to visit family, and was so happy to find out my cousin was going to be opening a restaurant! Love the ambiance of the place. The menu is very unique. I ordered The Skinny, which included chickpea pancakes! Chef Chad also gave us an order of the potato croquettes. Perfect savory breakfast! Will definitely be back.

Brand new breakfast and lunch place in our community, so we had to try as soon as possible. I'm so glad we did. As you walk in, you will take a menu, order at the register, and pay. Don't forget to look at the specials listed on the wall above where the menus are hanging. Once you place the order, you can proceed to your table if you are dining in. Your beverages will be served to you. They have an indoor and outdoor seating area. We really enjoyed the food and service. The atmosphere was really nice as well. DEFINITELY check this place out. They are opened on Sunday, so that is a plus!

Wow, that was good! Food was so delicious, we forgot to take a picture!!! It was a cold and rainy day in Pittsboro, and we had our dog with us, so we ordered brunch online through their website to take back home. Using the app was easy. We ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a potato roll (Sausage, Soft Scrambled Latta Eggs, and Thick Sliced Cheddar), the Sawmill (coarse ground pimento cheese grits, poached Latta's eggs, pico de gallo, crispy bacon bits and hollandaise), and the Short Rib Hash. Everything was excellent. The sauces are rich with flavor and the short ribs melted in your mouth. Overall, fantastic meal. Next time, I promise to take a picture of the food!

This place it's AMAZING for those who love to be cozy and eating in a peaceful environment. The staff are AMAZING and super friendly. And last but should be first...The food. OMG it's an absolutely explosion of delicious flavors. My respect to the chef! Really knows how to combine flavors! The wine is amazing and the desert very good. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who knew how to appreciate real cooking.
