Wendy's

Ordered through the drive thru right at noon . Line moved fast. Food came out immediately. Order was correct and everything was fresh!

This is one gloomy place and the way that the line to order is configured, horribly. It mixed with the area to pick up food and it all too cramped. I wanted to order, but there were two people standing to the left of the register and another person standing to the right, asking where her food was. Remodel this place! Get rid of the metal bars that are supposed to indicate the line, because not everyone follows. Make the ordering area larger and create a larger counter area, with designated order and pickup locations. Tear out the walls and make this place lively, with larger windows. We didn't even know where the from was.

Very nice experience. The dining room was very clean and well-lit, cozy and decorated with Astros decor. Prince served us and he is great! Cheerful smile and friendly. The food was delicious: burgers hot, fries were fresh and very crispy.The only thing I didn't like was the volume of the music in the dining room. The songs were fun and catchy, but too loud to have a nice conversation or study without much distraction.

Horrible cashier. He was not helpful. It was ok for me to pay more rather than him fix an issue

The gentleman taking the money at the first window of the drive thru was very nice and polite. The person at the second window who gave me my food, was not nearly as nice, they seemed grumpy and didn't want to speak with me just shove the food at me. Most of my food was fine, similar to the Quality you would expect from Wendy's. however my fries seemed old and we're not any good.Also unlike most locations they would not substitute a chili for my fries on the four for four deal.

This is hands down the best Wendy's in the entire Houston area. I have been here several times and have not been disappointed so far. My favorite dish is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and, it has been fresh and crispy every time I have had it. The upgraded version of that sandwich is the Southwest Avocado Chicken Sandwich and, it is phenomenal as well. The inside of the restaurant was clean and, the staff was friendly during my last visit. There is also a Coca Cola Freestyle machine on the inside if you want more flavors of drinks. If you have a craving for some fast food, this is the place to go.

Wendy you expect I might see you again?This is the Wendy's down in Sugar Land which we've been to twice, and was a particularly bad experience, especially the second time when both the burger and fries were cold, or at least closer to cold than lukewarm. The other issue is that they keep deleting my legitimate pictures of this place which is hilarious since they didn't even see my bad review yet, and since the company uploads a bunch of Wendy's pictures that weren't even taken in Texas, let alone at this location.

They are consistent. The chicken is crispy, the hamburgers are tasty and the lettuce is always fresh.

I don't know what they are doing different here but this is the friendliest, best customer service staff I have ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. My visit was 5/18/23, Thursday night crew was on point. Great job!

Showed up at 11:30 pm and was told it was closed. It is advertised online to be open till 1a
