Wendy's

Customer service is the worst here. I stopped here to grab a quick burger and potato before my webinar. After I pay they tell me it'll be 9 minutes for the potato. I ask for a refund because my webinar starts in less than 10 minutes. I will have just enough time to get home and start the Zoom session. They won't give me a refund. I ask for the manager. He can't give me a refund either. It can only be given by the general manager. He won't be in until tomorrow. Uh, no. That's not cool. At all. I shouldn't have to return to get what's owned me today. The manager said the potatoes that were there were bad so he wanted to make them fresh. While I appreciate that, I should've been told before I paid or provided a refund immediately. I literally haven't been at this location in years because every single time it was something. Last time the bun in my burger was literally hard as a rock. I will never return. This is ridiculous. Stay away from this place.Total time waited for my 9 minute potato...27 minutes. Then when I got home I noticed my burger was wrong...gave me a single instead of the double I ordered.

Cashier at the window was very nice. Ordering with no issues. The food was awful. I order a classic chicken sandwich combo but got a spicy chicken sandwich that I couldn't even bite into. Legit a paper thin amount of chicken and all crust. Crust was super hard to bit into like it had been setting there and staled. Got my son a 4 for $4 and the chicken sandwich was the same stale consistency. Only giving 3 stars because the cashier was so nice.

Fast efficient....so helpful and nice!!!!I knew little about WENDY's with none in my neighborhood, but it'sdown the street with delicious "savory" food!!!I especially like the chicken nuggets, kids burger and CRISPY FRIES!!!!

Get it together! I came at 9:55pm... they are open until midnight. I waited in the drive thru line (behind ONE CAR) for about 7 minutes and moved up to order. I weren't to order one thing... a junior chocolate frosty. Before I could even finish she cut me off and said "I'm sorry but we are already cleaning our frosty machine for the evening."But you close in 2 hours... I'm genuinely confused and frustrated.

I thought it would make a stop here because I thought it would be better than the location in Sugarland, in Riverstone. Well, I was wrong. The food is not fresh. The fries are brown meaning, someone is not changing out the oil and as a place my order, I hear the worker yawning over the intercom like he needs a nap. I had to explain over and over one simple little request what I want on the burger and the burger is made so sloppy. It looks like someone literally poured a can of tomato sauce. I tried to like Wendy's, but the customer service and food prepping needs more training.

I've been to this place more than a handful of times and I always have to tell them to make sure to make my food fresh so I won't get any old nuggets. The nuggets are honestly a hit or miss, everyday is literally different . The phone service is highly unprofessional I can never reach them on the phone and they never have vanilla frostees but have all the other nasty flavors , I really would like to like this Wendy's but I just simply cannot with the service.

I asked to change my order they said they already made it, very ghetto! Manager needs to be replaced is Jesus name!

The worst Wendy's I've ever had in my life. I sent the food back twice and they still sent me the same exact food that I sent back. I recommend nobody go here.

The sandwich was typical of the franchise. The was both friendly and efficient. The establishment was nice decor & most of it was clean

Stale horrible burgers and i always get the wrong sauce Chicken Sandwiches. Honestly they just lazy
