Everytime I'm stop to feed my small family of 3 at the Wendy's drive thru, someone is missing something. FFS - the workers need to check the orders before they toss them out the window. Today I have learned my lesson. Should I decide to return to this location again someday, I will sit at the window and count the items in the bags.

I had not been to Wendy's in awhile because of previous bad experiences. I took a chance and I stopped by there on 3/30/21 and ordered a Dave's single sandwich and a small order of freshly dropped fries. When I received my order the fries were disgusting...I tried them while waiting for my change. A male individual, who appeared to be a team leader (gray shirt), stated that the fries 'literally' just came out the fryer. Now, either that was some old grease or they dropped previously cooked fries in the grease. Regardless, they were disgusting. So, I requested my money back for the fries. He said you already paid for them and he would drop some more. At this point, with the facial expressions & the fact that he seemed irritated about me not liking the quality of the fries. I don't trust them to handle my food. I then replied no I want my money back. I sat at the window for 10 to 15 minutes waiting on a refund. At one point the irritated guy says that they were waiting on the manager. By now the line is increasing behind me and irritated guy is now squeezing between my car & the drive thru issuing out orders and taking money from the cars behind me. There are about 3 people at the window, one of which had on a black shirt ...I believe he was the manager but he never introduced himself. The irritated guy finally rudely tells the cashier to give him $1.99. He proceeds to hand me the money. I then asked him where is my tax? I clearly paid tax. I told him you owe me $2.15. He said that was not correct because the small frosty is $1.06and tax is 6%. I'm like no it's 8.25%. Anyways, they finally figured it out. He then handed me .16 and I was on my way. The total service was subpar and the experience is what is increasing becoming the 'NORM' at Wendy's. And they have the nerve to want $15/hr.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is ass bruh, they have horrible mannered servers and never have crap. Sprite, we're out of sprite. Powerade? We're out of Powerade. Nuggets?! We're out of nuggets. I mean you'll have better luck going to McDonald's and asking for ice cream, cause McDonald's ice cream machines are out of service a lot but not as bad as this Wendy's location

Dirty bathrooms and sticky floors. They clearly don't clean so how can you expect that your food at this location is prepared to the highest standards? I ordered a Dave's single burger and asked for no cheese; when I got home, I unwrapped it and it was basically a plain burger in a bun-- no condiments, veggies--- nothing! It wasn't worth the drive back (or gas) to complain. They need training and some health inspectors to come by.

I have to comment the staff on their conservation efforts. I bought 2 double cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich in the drive thru. They gave me only one napkin and no receipt. Must be trying to save trees.I also appreciated how they conserved energy bu not smiling, saying hi or thanking me.I think the owner is also saving money on uniforms since no one wears hats. Health inspectors must be busy. They also saved money by giving us old dried up burgers. This place used to be really good.

Order your food 2 days in advance because they are SLOW AS HECK! it's empty inside and clean because no one is in there! If you want Wendy's from this location place your order a week in advance... and still want 3 business days before picking up.

No stars for this place. Terrible service always. Tonight at 10:15 we pull up to order, website says it's open till 11. We were one of four vehicles that wanted to place an order. No one was able to order and everyone ended up driving off. There were employees inside the restaurant who obviously didn't care. All we wanted was a strawberry frosty. After eating dinner and were gonna take it home and watch TV while we enjoyed the frosty. We ended up going across the street to the Kroger's and getting the ingredients to make our own dessert and realized it was much cheaper. In the end, we don't see any reason to go to Wendy's anymore for late night snacks. Wendy's loss, our gain...

This Wendy's continues to give me the incorrect order and, when I go to tell them, they are always rude and seem to not care. So I will never come back to this Wendy's nor should anyone else!!!
