Wendy's

my ordered was completely messed up and wrong.I ordered a small chilibowl and when I got it, it had big chunks of hamburger meat in it. Also, I ordered 2chocolate Frosty's and it doesn't even look like a chocolate Frosty, I don't even know what this is....And I ordered six piece chicken nuggets (plain) and they gave me spicy. they felt hard like a rock.I order 2Baconator Fries, the fries taste stale.I couldn't even eat. I had to throw it awayI tried to call them to get some type of justice and nobody answered the phone)And because of this I will never eat Wendy's again

This place is filthy!!!! The Health Department needs to visit. All of the tables in the dining room were nasty with food and drink. The floors were sticky and dirty. The container holding the ketchup had ketchup all in it and on the packets. Gross and unsanitary. Don't risk it.

We got here at 11:10am and the doors were locked. They came and let us in. The service was terrible, they didn't know how to enter a #1 combo meal. We did not receive napkins or ketchup we out meals and had to go back and ask for it.After ordering when I learned that they no longer brew iced tea. I can stand the machine tea.At 11:30 people are trying to come in and the doors are still locked. We let them in.I will never be coming back to this location.

Zero starsVisiting this location today at 5:40 pmThe restaurant was dirty and uninvitingThe guy working the window walked to the register, never spoke let alone welcomed me to Wendy's . He touched two registers walked away and spoke to two females. Walked back to the register and stood in front of me with an attitude.I stated I wanted to place an order and he said "whatever". Needless to say I didn't place an order.This establishment had one customer inside and people sitting in the parking lot. Wonder how long will this place remain open?

I was a walk in customer and stood at the counter 5 plus minutes no one acknowledged me or offered to take my order...

Food service is horrible. There is a new manager that gets irritated with everything you ask him to do. I used to work there and he does things differently. We asked him to remake our fries and he snatched them out of my hand and rolled his eyes. Then he put our biggie bags together when they are supposed to be in separate bags. We also found hair in our food. There is a girl with long hair who always has her hair out. If your thinking about getting a job here...DONT! -0/10 do not recommend.

Ordered a grilled chicken Cobb Salad with Ranch dressing. I only received the salad without the chicken and without the dressing. I never received my receipt either. I would say I will start asking for it, but I won't be visiting this business ever again.

SLOOOOW. This Wendy's has NEVER gotten it together. I came in and ordered a breakfast sandwich and French Toast sticks. Be prepared to wait for 15 minutes to get what they forget to give you. I wasn't given Syrup (which you never have to ask for with French Toast) or Jelly, so I went up to the counter to ask for them and proceeded to wait 15 minutes before any of them acknowledged me. In that time, 3 customers came in and also waited at the register without anyone taking their order. The first person left after waiting so long, and the other 2 (a couple) were finally spoken to shortly after she left (but they ended up leaving too LOL). Only thing nice about this visit is this new guy working here who made conversation with me while I ordered, and gave me a free drink. OMG JUST NOW WHILE WRITING THIS a woman YELLED at them to give her her fries that they left out of her order, because she was standing at the counter being ignored forever just like I was!!! ANOTHER THING, 3 months ago they didn't give me my debit card back (it was a teenage Hispanic dude with curly hair and glasses, and a black guy with glasses who acted like he didn't wanna be there) so I went back the next day when I realized it was gone and they had it in a drawer for me. Thought everything was fine, but then the next week I got a notification from my bank that someone tried to use my card for an over $1,000 online Walmart purchase (it was declined luckily) so I had to replace my card. This location can kindly ROT to the ground, such a sorry excuse of a place! I've seen way too much bad service here and I'm done.

Evening of 10/26 I came through the drive thru at 11:55 pm and was told "it's closed". When I confirmed that the store advertises that it closes at 12 am they responded, "it's 11:55 so it's basically 12, it's closed." Laughable service.

one of the worst breakfast that i ever had. Bad service and the worst costumer service ever, the lemonade was just water and the bacon was cold. Btw this for the girl with the blue shirt who took my order, if you don't gonna treat good your costumer, just go to sleep and don't work.
