Wendy's

I never really had a problem at this wendys until recently. The new late night drive through lady with the short cut is rude and always seems to always be annoyed and negative whenever im paying at the window or receiving my food. She's messed up my order once, and on most times when i might ask for extra sauce, she looks me in the eye and ignore me in hopes i just leave, and when i dont and she sees that and finally gives me the extra sauce it's with a very nasty attitude.

This branch in Mason and Morton road is the worst Wendy's of all! They manage the screw your order in the drive thru almost every single time. If you order a plain burger, you get it full of sauces, you order 3 burgers you two in the bag. They have an okay staff inside the store, but the manager is really old and cranky. She's upset that you are missing stuff from your bag. Today (08-07-17), we ordered two salads and a frosty, as expected, we got 1 salad with no dressing and a frosty. We tried calling the store before going back but nobody answers the store phone. So We drove back the store to complain, the manager was really upset about the incident and was really rude. Try to avoid this Wendy's as much as you can. There's one in Fry and I-10 with way way better with getting orders.

This place is disgusting! They served me a spicy chicken sandwich that was RAW! Look at the picture I uploaded...

This is Wendy's so really the only thing one really cares about when coming here is- is my order right, how long did it take, is the place clean and are the employees cool? They get it all mostly right here. There is one male employee who always works the drive thru and he is just SO nice. In the same breath the girl taking your prefer acts like it personally offends her if you want only ketchup on your burger. Still gotta give it a good rating. They are fast, never had my order wrong and the one good employee makes up for the attitude of others.

Been here dozens of times including today. The staff are always friendly and the service is always quick. No issues with the temperature of the food and they got my order correct. It is always clean inside. The restroom is next door in the gas station and is always disgusting. That's the only downside to this location.

Greasy and horrible double burger the service horrible not welcome,not thank you , not smile from the staff. Never come back again.

Saddest baconator fries ive ever seen. Normally the bacon is crushed in. No effort was put in. Still good though.

I've been to this location several times over the past couple of months and they always do a great job! I recommend all of the workers to get raises and keep up the good work with customer service and speed at this location. The food is always hot, fresh, delicious and amazing quality. I've been coming here to this location for the past 3 years. The food is always on point and fresh as it comes!

Utterly ridiculous. The worst meal ever in my life. The chicken is so pink inside fromA breakfast sandwich. Now. Everything is timed how do you mess up a chicken patty. They are going to kill someone with SALMONELLA from eating raw chicken!!!!

Food today wasn't good. Nothing like a cold burger or a hot day. YummyBlah blah blah
