Wendy's

This has got to be the worst Wendy's around. Everytime I go something is broke "we only take cash today sir" "only app orders today sir"... not even McDees ice cream machine is as broke as this whole restaurant. When I WAS able to order, I asked if they could make the chicken in my Asiago ranch chicken club spicy and these mfs put jalapeños, took out everything (bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese) and sprinkled in some Mayo. Even yt ppl could make a better sandwich that. Not to mention my fries weren't even scattered throughout the bag like a usual fast food place... these crackheads must've eaten them halfway cuz they weren't even filled up. So yea, I loved the experience

Haven't eaten all day, go to Wendy's to get a burger and I find a hair in burger. Disappointed and hungry. Never again will I be going to this place, I rather starve.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I came here to order my cod sandwich at Morton Mason. The cashier was the best part of the experience. My fries were cold and old where they start caving in on the side. my fish sandwich was clearly cooked in old Grease. I took my fries back in to get fresh ones and she had to drop a new basket in the grease but was still serving from the batch of old/cold fries that I returned. I saw the gentleman who was on the fries take fries out of the fry warmer and put them back in the grease for a few seconds then pull them back out shake more salt on them and serve them to customers. And when I got my fries back. there was supposed to be fresh - they taste just like old fish grease. Waste of money and time

This is my go-to Wendy's. I love the baked potatoes! I usually get a salad and a baked potato, but sometimes I can't resist their Dave's hamburger and french fries. Their chili is good too! I have never had a problem here!

I did not order chili for so long I guess they changed Still yummy . Food is always hot , employees are friendly .

I don't know if it's just me but the employees must be stupid because I asked them for ketchup and the worker said it was in the bag but she only put hot sauce for my chilli.This has happened way to many time and needs to stop.

They dirty as hell. Saw the cook touch the meat with her hands and had a problem when I told her she should wash her hands. And apparently the manager doesn't want them wearing gloves. Wow

We went to Wendy's Friday 6/17/22 at 8:33pm and the girl taking our order was SUPER RUDE!!! And when i told her if you dont want to be at work maybe you should clock out! The Manager had the Audacity to say that was wrong. No what's wrong is you allowing your employees to talk to customers like that. Regardless if that's your friend or no friend we have been to this Wendy's a million times with no arguments rather the service was sub par or not, but we do not stand for disrespect and clearly the training that these employees have received was sub par or they were asleep during the course. I never thought one instance could make you not want to go to a restaurant anymore but this one has done it. WOW!! Y'all have to do better, especially in these times. Horrible

Bruh I just wanted a bunch of nuggets for my little cousins and I asked for a family sized aka 50 pc nuggets and told me we can't do that and asked again if if can just do 4 10 pcs and was told I can only get 20 per customers I asked why they said I can't disclose that to you sir lol wtf
