Wendy's

Totally awesome burgers that are fresh grilled with every order and the fact that they always have these beautiful smiles makes eating here that much better!!! I love that they use sea salt on their French fries and offer a number of healthy menu items so there really is something for everyone. We even attended an amazing FBYFL football game this past fall and Wendy's was there giving tickets for free stuff was really cool especially for the kids & adults (like me who love frosty's). I love stopping by even just to grab my littles a small frosty just like my pops did for me growing up! I remember when we lived in Leavenworth, Kansas a bunch of us JV & Varsity girls would go to Wendy's and grab small frosty's after practice- gym, tan, Wendy's!!! Whoohooo!!!

Corona edition:I've always loved Wendy's, I worked there as a teen, was a fun job. We decided to try out the new breakfast lineup, and wow!! Food was great!!! I got had the breakfast baconator combo (sausage, 2 cheeses, lots of bacon, and egg covered with a Swiss cheese sauce, bruh, it was a lot, but it was freaking amazing. My wife had the maple bacon chicken croissant combo, both came with seasoned potatoes and drink. Really good quality food, this location has a poor rating, didn't bother to read why, but I love Wendy's food ‍

Fast food places only deserve three stars because of their microwave customer service policies. Quick in and quick out is the only acceptable practice from all fast food establishments. You may see that I have 4 stars above. What warranted that extra star if I feel how I feel? A restaurant specific deal gets an extra star every time. 50 nuggets and a large drink for under ten bucks, not including tax, is a winning deal for me!Keep the deal and keep the extra star...as simple as that really! Outside that one deal, your typical, run of the mill Wendy's.

I usually don't come to this Wendy's (even though it's the closest to my home) because of the service but with the weather acting up today, this was a safer bet. I ordered something completely easy, a frosty and a large fry. What I received was a frosty and what looks like a small/medium fry. And to top it all, they were cold. All I am saying is you should get what you pay for.

The food is OK, not great and not worth their normal pricing. Not to excuse my own ignorance, but recent advertising prompted me to visit to pick up a couple of their $1 singles & a small frosty. Imagine my surprise when I was advised that my order totaled $14.79! Fearing that the clerk, who spoke English as a 2nd language, did not understand my order, I repeated it and had the price confirmed. Cancelled the order and drove on. You have to order via their "app" for that pricing, and that's only thru the end of the month. Its just not worth the hassle to download the app for a business that I would rarely visit anyway to buy their marginal food.

I had the worst experience ever at this Wendy's location. TRAIN your people to handle the drive-thru. It is not just being able to speak the same language as your customers, it involves caring about your job and paying attention. Don't put crispy onions on something I ordered with GRILLED onions. The food was cold, just not appealing.The Frosty was good, although the price seems to be expanding, especially considering the decrease in portion. This was not a good experience.

It must be really hot outside to be getting orders wrong when all you needed to do was read the reciept. No one double checks the orders over there? I ordered 2 frosties from this place and they gave me 3 drinks instead. Just stop taking orders online if you guys can't handle it. They Forgot the cheese on my double stack. Please dont go or order from this place. Having a 50/50 chance of getting your order right aren't really good odds if you ask me. Yelp should have a no stars option. There should be no excuses. Wendys is a fast food chain.

Fast service once you repeat your order twice suggesting you check your order real close - they have shorted me three times on my orders and it's ten minutes away to return and complain- they should repay your order at delivery window !

I am writing this review because I went to Wendy's on today and I receive my food but I didn't get the right nuggets I was supposed to get spicy nuggets but I got regular nuggets before I told the manager Carolyn or Carol I had already bit off a nugget and that's when I noticed that it wasn't spicy nuggets so the manager came to the window and said can I have nuggets back so I explain to her I had already eaten off the nugget and I also told her you don't supposed to take food back that people have touch let alone ate off and she doesn't listen just keeps asking for it back . So I discarded the nuggets ona the ground . She refused to give me my spicy nuggets so the guy at the drive thru just refunded me because he said she wouldn't give me my food . What makes me so upset about this is that I went to several Wendy's that does this. If we were living in regular times OK yeah I may understand taking the food back but we are not we are living in the middle of a pandemic and people are dying every day from Covid in y'all are actually risking it taking food that's been touched back . Then on top of that I ate off the food And I tried explaining to her my reasoning for not wanting to give the food back and she just act like she was just totally oblivious to what I was saying . So I just discarded the food on the ground because you're just going to discard it in the trash well at least your suppose to. Like I mentioned before I visited several Wendy's that does this but this first time really doing a review . It's like they think they were trying to get free food but that's not the case like you can look at the nuggets and see that they wasn't spicy nuggets I have no reason to sit up here and try to get free food like I hate that because y'all already making a assumption that people are trying to get over on you. You can look at them and could see that I've ate off. Like I just don't get it but you guys need to talk to y'all managers about asking for food back that has already been given out because it's very unhealthy a not safe. This is the picture of the discarded nuggets in if you look closely you see that the nuggets are not spicy!

Terrible experience every single time. Serves all customers cold food and old fries. I don't know what more proof Yelp needs in order for me to post?
