I will neverrr spend my money here again! I ordered a Baconator Combo this morning and upon getting home and biting into it I realized the bottom bread was stale and tough, also the sausage was hard a little Burnt and super cold as if it had been sitting there since last night. Also who ever the little Hispanic lady is at the window is not very welcoming and seems like she don't like her jobbb!!! Oh the only thing good was the fries so i have them 1 star

Went there at 8:53 pm on a Wednesday night. No one there working....super weird. This is horrible management of a business. Customer service was obviously not there.

Decent location out in Katy. When I was frequenting the Fry Road area I'd periodically stop to grab a meal from here. Drive Thru is generally pretty fast and gets you in and out quickly.The inside of the store is pretty plain. It isn't even as decorated as the old stores used to be. I don't know if they're in the middle of a remodel or not, but a lot of blank walls in the place. I didn't see any of the missing ceiling tiles other Yelpers have referenced but then again, I didn't really look around.Food is hot and fresh, and some of their value deals, particularly the $4-for-$4 and when they were running the $1 double stack, are an absolute steal given Wendy's quality.

Go here to experience the awful! Seriously if you're into experiencing the lower side of a fast food experience like I am, this place has all of the check boxes clicked.My experience was entering into an absolutely empty dining room to see five employees literally shocked and disappointed that someone had come in. (Someone was off parole and there was a party being planned) I gazed at the menu for three minutes and gave the employees a chance to say hello or acknowledge me so I could order food. Sadly, they never did. My timer went off and I made my way outside.

This location needs help! They never have more than one employee working at the counter, there are only 2 registers, but the 2nd one is never used. You have to wait anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to get your food, so it's definitely not fast food. Whoever owns this location needs to go to Chik-fil-a training or go and observe how a business should run...I feel sorry for the employees and the customers here!

You ever walk into a restaurant and immediately get the gut feeling that you are going to soon experience food poisoning? Well, if you haven't and you want to, might I recommend this Wendy's location. Immediately upon entering there is a red violation notice on the door from the Harris County Fire Marshals Office from August stating that they are operating without a permit. Cool. The food seemed fine. It was hot and fresh. But we did have to wait FOREVER for our Frostys. The ambiance also left much to be desired. It looks like it hasn't been updated since it was built probably over 20 years ago and there are very few tables and decor inside.

The manager Jennifer is super rude, I was ignored several times and I asked her if she could help me and I was completely ignored. I asked the guy making the fries what was her name and he stated she was actually the manager and that he could come take my order.The lady is super unprofessional, she was NOT busy or anything and completely disregarded me. This place needs better management!

I ordered some baconator fries and a got a potato with cheese. Didn't see it until I came home and opened the bag. Yeah. Good job guys. 10/10 with you guys. No, really.

I stood at the register for 10 minutes and the people that were working there looked at me but didn't even bother to acknowledge me. Worst customer service ever. I don't know if they were short staffed but it could have been communicated.

Worst service ever received. While I could clearly see they were busy, my daughter and I waited over 4 mins before anyone even acknowledged we were standing at the register. Several times I made contact with 2 employees and no one said a word. The young man at the drive thru greeted us and eventually took our order. Again, the issue is not the wait but the lack of greeting. Food was just ok. I will not be back.
