I waited 30 minutes before getting my order and my friend didn't get his order in about 43 mins. When we got there, there was no one in front, people in the back messing around/wouldn't even acknowledge us, so we placed our orders on the app. When the cashier finally came she started taking people's orders and the orders she took got made before ours even though she put our receipts next to the packer. I had to talk to the packer in Spanish to get our orders made. Even after telling them 3 different times my Friend didn't get his order until he waited in line and paved a separate order. Both his orders were given to him at the same time. Even though 1 was placed 43 mins prior to the other. The only good thing was the food being hot. No one even apologized or said anything.

This place is DIRTY. Old spills on the floor in the dinning room. Door is slippery. Food debris in the restroom sink. Dirty tables. I asked a question about an item and the cashier had no idea what I was talking about.

I had the pleasure of going to this location about a week ago. The lines were long as hell in drive through but let me tell you about the absolutely amazing service I received from the manager Ms. Dorothy. She was so pleasant in the drive thru. Once I got to the window we spoke and greeted each other and exchanged pleasantries. She took great care to make sure everything we ordered was in our bags. Dorothy is definitely an asset to the Wendy's brand. She mentioned she's eligible for retirement soon and I hope that Wendy's helps send her off well and gives her something special for her years of service. I love you Ms. Dorothy!

I walked up for lunch. I had a craving for Wendy's food. I got a Baconator combo with a JBC on the side. It was pretty good all around. I don't know what it is about the simplicity of the JBC, but people are sleeping on it. I could eat a bag full of them and not get tired of it. Also, Wendy's is one of the few fast food restaurants that gets bacon correct. Crispy, but not overdone, with a little bit of meatiness to it. I just wish their fries could be as good. I don't think that it's indicative of this restaurant, but Wendy's fries all around could be crispier and seasoned better. Also, season the burger meat a little more. It will help the burger taste its best. Otherwise, I'm pretty satisfied.

Had to wait even tho no one was in line. After I waited my food was cold!!! My soda was sitting there so when I got my drink the ice was melted EW. Little upset we weren't able to dine in, the sign says dine in open till 10:00 pm but they closed it at 8:00 pm?? Ehh it was okay food wasn't good from here.

Man I do not go out to eat often but today I wanted to treat myself and my husband but first off the lady taking my order was RUDE AS HELL !! My drinks where the wrong my order was wrong everything was wrong in the order I came home to see this mess .. I'm so disappointed!! If I can give out a negative start I would definitely do so!!!

I simply ordered a sandwich with add-ons. I usually don't have to check behind my fast food orders and this one time i am upset that i didn't because i was charged for my add ons just to get home and begin to eat my food which was not made correctly. Nothing is more upsetting than this .

This place is ridiculously unprofessional & a poor excuse for a Wendy's restaurant. Employees don't speak English or barely speaks English, and then the food is over cooked or not cooked enough. Wendy's need to have the entire staff trained on their brand and standards of business. Ugh! I should have stuck with a quality & top notch restaurant and ordered from Chick-fil-A...I knew better!
