Wendy's

I don't frequent Wendy's but being that restaurants were closed, drive-thru's became my new spot. I wanted something light so I opted for a bunless bacon cheeseburger. It came out fresh and was made to perfection. :-) no complaints.

Literally if I could give 0 stars I would they were so rude when we were ordering and trying to rush us then when we pulled up to the window the girl snatched the card out of my friends hand and proceeded to give us one bag with only part of our order and leaned on the window saying have a good day and when we told them we were missing things they rolled their eyes and walked away to whisper something is someone's ear before coming back and rudely handed my friend the rest of our food. Like bro I get having a bad day and all but to have an attitude first thing when someone pulls up is not okay like dude if people didn't come to your store you literally wouldn't have a job right now so do fucking better

This is sup to be dble jalapeno bacon cheeseburger, from specials menu. Sooo dry, where is the creamy cheese on the ad? Dang, just drown this sad little burger in Mayo to barely rehydrate the poor animal that gave it's life for us. Wait, this is beef, right?

First off let me state that the only reason they're getting two stars is because the food happen to be very good. They also did not screw up my order which they generally do. Unfortunately the young lady working the drive-thru window was so rude I almost threw my food back in her face!! Her name was Emely and I have not encountered a more rude or disrespectful person working in food service or customer service in my life! I am 51 years old and have been in Food Service for 30+ years, & I have never been talked to like that before or talked back to buy a employee! Unfortunately, the manager did absolutely NOTHING but tell me thank you and I'm sorry. Nothing to shut her employee up from yelling at me. Nothing stop the issue from continuing. The issue stems from Emely having a bad attitude to begin with when the food was ordered. When we pulled up to get our food asked, I asked for my drink, (which was about 1.5-2" below the lid), to be filled to the top. She took the drink through it down violently and then proceeded to fill it up, all the time giving me attitude about what was in the drink. When I asked for a manager, that's when Emely decided that was when she was really going to start talking back to me! Again, I've never been talked to by an employee in Food Service like this. I told her that she shouldn't be in Food Services or customer service if you going to talk like that, her comment back to me was, "Thiis is the way I talk, get over it!". I will NEVER go back to this Wendy and I will follow up with this with the owner She was an unacceptable employee, a miserable miserable young lady who has no business being in customer service! She should probably have someone discuss with her the proper way to be in Civilized Society, as she has NO social skills!!!

Stopped by the Easton Commons area Wendy's (8436 Highway 6 North) for lunch on a weekday despite looking at the reviews, and the empty parking lot. The wait time for my order was on par and it tasted OK. The visit was not bad, but like most of the fast-food eateries along Highway 6, I was not getting the "It's worth the trip" vibes.

0 stars! Food was absolutely terrible everything was cold and soggy. Fries tasted old and were very soggy with no salt at all. Burger was very falsely advertised. Picture shows very big burger but in reality was extremely small could literally fit in the palm of my hand. Tea had no ice and was room temp. would never go back. I was thoroughly upset because the food was good the day before but terrible today.

They aren't serving soft drinks and have the dining room closed because of a boil water notice that is not for this area. Sign on door states to go to a Wendy's outside of the affected area despite this location being out of said area. Clueless management..

Really friendly service I read all the reviews from this place but noticed they're old I go here almost three times a week I love how they take care of the place always nice and clean My food always fresh and the customer service is always chefs kiss Love it

I don't know if this location is short staffed or what but my lunch is not that long and I thought I sould be in and out of this line but this line takes so long and when you get up to the ordering screen it takes ten minutes for the person to come on and take your order

I just went to get a burger but they young "ladies" at the drive through and window were very disrespectful, wanted to call and speak to the manager but they didn't even give my receipt. No wonder why Wendy's was empty while Chick-fil-A is always packed.
