Work nights Went to this place today late night got two 10 piece nuggets combos drive-through had some old nuggets old fries some of the worst food ever why can't you do the simple things make great fast food ... management needs to improve if they allow food being serve like this Unacceptable I gave them one star because they don't allow no stars is what they deserve poor place next time I will go someplace else

I stopped in this location to order nuggets and a side salad. As I ate the salad I found bug in it. I returned to the location to get a refund and the manager on duty was unapologetic and showed now concern. I've contacted the district manager and corporate to address this concern. I will not visit this location again.

This place is fairly new to Tomball Pkwy. I was actually very happy to have a Wendy's in route. Who doesn't love a frosty as a snack for a satisfaction to a craving?!?!My first couple of times here it was great. I don't know if they had a good staff on board training or what, but it was good. My experience has slowly declined. Today was the icing on the cake. The girl who took our order "what else? What else do you want? Okay are you done?" Umm sure. Pay. Not a word spoken besides the total. No thank you or anything. Get our food. We had three drinks, asked for an extra straw. "You already have three." Yes can we have an extra. "But you only have three drinks." CAN WE HAVE ONE MORE. She obliged, after rolling her eyes. Food: fries were luke warm and not crispy! Barf!! My fries barely had any topping on them to drown out the staleness. Chicken sandwich looked so good in the pictures, yet tasted like something left over from two days ago. I'll pass up on this place next time.

Workers are very rude and stood on the clock not doing anything when they close at 1. I pull around and they all standing in a circle. ILL BE REPORTING THEM!

Horrible service at drive thru. Unacceptably long lines and the agent can't hear anything on the speaker system. For a new location I would've expected better

Second time coming this time a full hour before they close and they refuse to come to the window ignoring me upon eye contact and only gave me the "we are closed" hand signal after laying on the horn.

Where is the zero star option? This location is horrible. Not only will they get your order completely wrong, they cant even fulfill a simple request like asking for crispy fries. EVERYTIME. Crispy fries is literally on the side of the wall inside, so it's part of their advertising. But nope, even with asking for crispy fries they do nothing to make sure they are actually crispy. And on top of that I asked for 10 piece chicken nuggets. Get home and what do I find? CHICKEN SANDWICH. Infuriating. Not even worth the drive back to complain and get what I ordered. Hopefully a manager looks at these reviews and does something. I know wnat I am gonna do, stop going to this janky location.
